Aubrey was an outstanding service writer. My problem was solved quickly and I was out of the shop within an hour. I was very pleased, impressed and very grateful. You see, I was visiting family in Salt Lake City: 900 miles away from my Subaru dealer in Fresno. Thank you Nate Wade for being so great to me!

Nate Wade always takes care of people. Kira is a great salesperson who listens well and can work miracles. Wes in finance is honest, informative, and got me a great rate that surprised us both. Daniel Jensen is my goto service advisor even considering I have the quirky Solterra EV.

They do a good job and are very nice here. They also love dogs, which is worth at least two of the stars on this review. I'm still very frustrated by bringing my car in for appointments and then waiting hours longer than quoted because they "haven't gotten to it yet". I understand some repairs take more time than others, but for routine maintenance items, they should know how long something takes and be able to keep a schedule, especially when the car is dropped off at 715am. If you work and have to bring your car in during your work day, be prepared for a long wait. This has now happened 3 times so I will not be coming back to this dealership.

I'm pretty done with this service department. Been going here for a decade. Last time they had my tire pressures all over the place. 10 psi too high on one. This time my dash came with a long deep scratch that's totally unrepairable and not able to be buffed out, I guarantee it would look worse. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's in your face noticeable and deep. I have to guess they were going to take the old oil change sticker off and either had a razor blade that they inadvertently brushed across the dash or had another tool in their hand. Or maybe had some kind of clipboard on the dash. I really don't know how they could be this negligent. The shavings from the dash were fresh and I know they did it. They would for sure deny it and say I couldn't prove it. We hadn't done anything above the dash. They can't just make things right with a free oil change or something like last time, this piece of the dash is huge and one piece. It's honestly as bad as if they would have scraped into my exterior paint with a screwdriver, there is no easy fix. Very disappointed.

Negligent. I’m beyond disappointed. One week after having my tires rotated and balanced here, I experienced a dangerous situation on the freeway. My front right wheel started shaking with a loud noise, forcing me to pull over. Upon inspection, one lug nut was missing, and the remaining four were so loose I could turn them by hand. See the attached video for proof. This is a serious safety oversight that could have caused a catastrophic accident. When I called, the service department was closed, and a salesperson suggested I hand torque the bolts and drive to a tire shop, which was unsafe advice given the missing lug nut. I’m demanding proper repairs and accountability for this negligence. Potential customers, please be cautious and check your wheels after service here.

Had a 7am appointment for my 1st routine service. I was quoted 1.5 hours and was driving out by 7:50. The waiting area was comfortable. The team kept me updated as things progressed and gave me a thorough review as I checked out. Very good experience.

Within 5 minutes of dropping off my car the tech broke my factory lug nut. Tried to charge me $120 for the 1 nut and I said absolutely not. (Lugs and nuts are stock on the car) Once I came to pick up the car I asked about my brakes and fluids. The tech had nothing to say and just mumbled “yea it’s good”. There’s no print out or mention of what was actually serviced. (I specifically asked for a check on my brakes and fluids before dropping the car off) As far as I can tell I paid $300 for Subaru to break my lug nut. On top of this my taillight drls haven’t worked since. It’s possible it’s a coincidence and I blew a fuse by chance, however they’ve worked fine for a year and the brake lights have no issues so I can’t help but think something was touched in the fuse box. I have aftermarket lights and told the tech not to do anything to the tail lights For any Subaru service find somewhere else. This dealership is overpriced, has bad communication, and will try and take your money. When I brought up the taillights to the service dept they threatened to void my engine warranty since the lights are aftermarket. #1 WORST STEALERSHIP I’ve been to Never going back Go to simple performance or the Subaru shop on 21st south and 5th east for way better service.

The representative’s service was excellent! The price was a bit high, but not because the parts even though were more expensive than the Subaru America website, which marked them between $5 and $10 more. Initially the diagnostic cost was $130, but this time, I believe, the issue was easy to identify. As a result, they discounted for the service cost $30! I bring the car to the car dealership because they know what they need to do.

Extraordinary service! They were quick, efficient and effective. Also, unlike some Subaru dealers I have dealt with in the past, they don't seem to be pushing "extra services" on me. They highlight issues that I might face in the near future and this allows me to plan for potential large expenses 6-months down the road. That's how it should be done. Keep up the good work.

The service is always fast and I appreciate they take a 30 second video to show you everything of the car and send it to you without you having to get up and go to the mechanic bay. They are very honest and immediately let me know I had a screw in my passenger tire and let me know the cost upfront to fix it and didn’t pressure me into making a decision on the spot. I also appreciate their oil change package comes with tire rotations those are absolutely required for AWD cars like Subarus and it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s getting done just as quickly.

Nate Wade assigned service manager, Aubrey, for my service visit. I really enjoyed her knowledge, her follow-through, and her relateability. In short, she was awesome. I kept her card for my file to request her again. Nate Wade was as efficient and cost-effective as always. Thank you.

Nate Wade Subaru did excellent work servicing our vehicle under Subaru's complimentary two-year maintenance plan, completing the service in about 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional, communication was clear, and the quality of work was excellent. We appreciate having a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish.

While I had to wait a while for the work to be completed, it was done perfectly. The waiting area is very cozy, and the coffee nice and fresh. The price of the work was as expected, and at no time did they try to upsell me on something that wasn't needed. I'm very happy to continue coming to Nate Wade for my subaru's care and service.

Took my car in for a bit of service to be done and to extend my warranty. I was given my keys afterward and when I did my walk around to check for damages, I saw they had parked my car into another car. My LED bumper light bar cover was cracked and the bumper on the other customers white car was damaged. They said there was nothing they could do and that my car looked fine. I mentioned my cover being broken and they ignored the issue and said I was already given $100 off my service which wasn't true. The service advisor had mistakenly quoted the price of a service by around $100 and so lowered it back to the actual cost, accoridng to what he told me. I had asked them to measure the car to make sure nothing was shifted and it checked out. It makes it difficult to trust whether the work on my vehicle was done correctly after seeing how reckless they are. While in the lobby, I overheard a worker mention the incident to another worker and they said "again?". Quite disappointing overall.

Took my car to Nate Wade Subaru because my AC compressor went out. I replaced the compressor and the condenser myself. I needed the AC recharge but was turned away from a few companies because they didn't do the work. Aubrey Evans was my service advisor. She was amazing. she was very informative about everything straightforward with the price and made me feel comfortable taking my car to get fixed at a dealership (which I would normally never do). Like I said, I changed out the parts myself and just needed an AC recharge. I thought it would be a couple hour wait, but Aubrey said it wouldn't be done until that evening. I had work, so I couldn't wait and was just going to leave with my car and not get it fixed. Aubrey said no problem, we can get you a loaner car free of charge. Wow, that awesome 👌 👏. I was called the next morning by Aubrey, letting me know my car was done, and I can come and pick it up at my earliest convenience. It was honestly a great experience. My car AC works great (thanks to me mostly for changing out the part). And thanks to them for recharging it. If there is a problem with my car, I would definitely take it back to them if I couldn't fix it myself, of course. Thanks again Aubrey you made my experience wonderful.
