Absolutely horrible place, the service manager “lurch” doesn’t call back when messages are left, and dodges calls when he’s at the desk. This place is like so many other businesses in the country today, an utter disappointment.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My 21 Cascadia had a leaking diff gasket that needed replacing ASAP. I am an OTR O/O and cannot afford to have my truck down for an extended period. I called over 10 Freightliner dealerships en route to Reno from the east coast, and every one of them were backed up over a week. In desperation, I called Smith Power Products, and spoke to Lurch. He was able to get me in that day, and finished the truck the same day. They even fixed an ECM glitch I was having. These are my go to guys from now on for my truck! I highly, highly recommend this company!

I take my semi here versus freightliner, because Jeff is great at listening to my needs and getting me in and out in a timely manner, work is always above and beyond. I have to amend this post, work on my truck is always great, it's the lack of communication this shop has, I get it ,life happens, still communication is key to a bad or good customer experience, this time it was the lack of the communication, the work on the truck was great little expensive, but for what they did I don't have to worry about it now. New coolant reservoir tank, new sensor wiring harness, and replaced leaking injector gasket. I will let you know they charge $195 for labor.

Our def pump went bad. Lurch helped me figure out the problem over the phone from the codes my eld was giving me. He got the truck in right before they closed. Replaced the def pump in less than a hour! Best of all they didn't charge any bogus "diag minimums" etc. Will always come back here for anything we need!

Great service. They put a new engine in my beat up old school bus. Sent me photos of what was wrong and unrecoverable. Explain things in layman's terms. Lurch the mgr was very helpful and reasonable. Made sure I was safe to get back on the road. I recommend to anyone with a mid to big diesel engine.

We lost power in our 1995 Beaver motorhome on our way from Oregon to Arizona. We limped it in to Smith Power to see if they could help us out. They got a technician on it as soon as they could without an appointment. They found and repaired our throttle linkage issue. They went above and above to work on it. Top notch company and we fully appreciate their customer service and attention to detail!! They got us back on the road. We are very satisfied customers!!
