My boyfriend and I have been here several times now for regular maintenance, new battery, new tires, etc., And we have always been so happy with the service! Jason and Armando are always helpful and provide great customer service as well! I even received some great tips on how to make sure my car battery lasts longer since I work from home and don't drive much anymore. The pricing always seems fair and they keep me informed of what services they recommend at particular mileages for my vehicle so that it lasts as long as possible. Sonny's is the only auto shop we go to now!

Very upset about my service I have received! Each time i asked them to check fir the leaks I have! Finally after taking it back 3rd time.. They really didn’t tell me anything about the leaks and after cleaning the engine! I left there to go pickup a friend from the airport after I picked it up on a Thursday afternoon! When I got on the interstate the car had major issues.. it would barely run and acted like bad gas.. it was frightening since in all that traffic and afraid it was going to died! Then , barely made it to the airport and got my friend! The car started making this horrible noise and and still not wanting to go! It was after Sonny’s close so called the next morning and told the Assistant Manager what happened since according to him .. he worked on it! He said they couldn’t see me until Monday! I am a widow and they did something to the car! It didn’t do this before! Plus, I had a friend here and no car! Plus, new to the area! I really have felt like they have given me nothing but the run around and ripping me off!! Then, took it back later on when I had to get someone to look at it immediately so I could drive it and take my friend back on Monday to the airport! It cost me $923 to fix what they caused! Also, never told me where the leaks were! So I took it back later and told them what happened and they should have to pay this bill and that they never told me where the leaks were! They really didn’t seem concerned at all or care! Here being my only way to get around and older woman! My dad a car business in different state for over 40 years! He never treated his customers this way! Then, told the manager of the shop this again and that they never told me where the leaks were or price and asked them to change the oil, too, since had to leave it again! Went back finally told me where leak was or think it was!! They wanted me to bring in again to do further test, but what they were supposed to have done first two times when they told me about cleaning the engine! Picked it up and day started having issues with it completely stopping after they just changed the oil.. that I am aware of! Then, called and same thing .. on bring it in next week and leave ut! Really.. you just changed the kind now engine light own and it just turns off!! I don’t want to take it back since everyone telling me they are ripping me off! Plus, every time they do anything.. something worst happens!! Just thing this a horrible customer service and still thing they should pay for the repairs they caused!

New to the area and stumbled upon a great place for all your basic car troubles. Fair pricing, and a pretty quick turn around. I usually work on my own car--no space here--but both times I've been to Sonny's I didn't tell them what I thought was wrong with my car, and they've come back with the same diagnosis as me and then fixed it with pricing I'd expect; so it was nice because I had already been to two other places before Sonny's that were quitting all kinds of crazy things. Anyway... You can trust Sonny's based on my experience there.

Absolutely the Best Service at Sonny’s Tire – Ask for Jason! I brought my car into Sonny’s Tire last month for an oil change and totally forgot to mention that my brakes had been squeaking. Jason went out of his way to squeeze me in so they could check it out properly (I honestly kept missing the 2 days he gave me to come in)… Yesterday, I finally had the chance—and I'm so glad I did! They took the time to pull everything apart and inspect it thoroughly. No major issues were found, and they even double-checked everything to make sure my car was road trip ready for my drive back to NYC. The peace of mind was priceless! Jason and the team were super professional, honest, and caring. They even kept my car overnight since I didn’t have a way to pick it up right away. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy place for car care—Sonny’s Tire & Automotive is it! Highly recommend them, and definitely ask for Jason when you go!

What a disaster. They couldn’t figure out the issue with my SUV. Could be this. Could be that. So they gave up and said take it to Ford. Unfortunately there is no communication between the “tech” and the manager. This resulted in a piece under the car not installed and cause an another piece to fail. My wife drove the vehicle the next morning and had a horrible banging under the car. Towed it back to them and found they didn’t install a piece. (See pictures) They said it was because it wasn’t communicated to the tech it was “complete”. BUT……how does the “tech” not say anything when this piece is just sitting there. Oh but the old change was good…I think.

I recently took my car to Sonny's Tire and Automotive after my dealership told me I'd need to replace my rear brakes soon, quoting me around $600 for the job. I decided to get a second opinion, and I am so glad I chose Sonny's! When I arrived, I was helped by Jason Smargon (Assistant Manager) and Armando Vazquez (Shop Manager). They were both incredibly professional and took the time to put my car up on the lift to thoroughly inspect the brakes. To my pleasant surprise, they came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine – not brand new, of course, but still had plenty of life left in them for a while. What truly impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They easily could have pushed for a sale, but instead, they prioritized giving me accurate information. They even went a step further, assuring me that if I were to need brakes down the line, they could easily beat the dealership's $600 quote by a couple hundred dollars. I had a GREAT experience with Stephanie and Jason. I came in on a wim because my battery died and got it jumped to come straight to the shop and have them replace it ON THE SPOT. When I thought I would’ve had to wait for 2+ hours they told me it wasnt already almost done!! Wonderful service, veteran owned, they gave me so much honest information it felt really good to be taken care of. COME HERE FIRST before going to any corporate place. I am coming here every time. Whether you need major engine work or just a quick oil change, do not pass on this place! Stephanie kept me updated during the entire process and Jason was super helpful as well.
