I had a really good experience at the SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service. They had great service and the two guys, i think names were David and Josh that did my oil change and inspection on my car, really did there jobs well and i got my car back with less than an 30 minutes.

The man that runs the oil change station is wonderful. He was kind, communicative, efficient and showed me what car issues i need to watch for. Told me to come back in 2 weeks for a check and top off of oil. He truly has the best interest of his customers in mind. I will be returning.

Unfortunately our car was damaged by their wash and they did not want to take responsibility for it. They had an unexperienced kid guiding people into the wash and the wash ended up curbing our wheel per his direction. When we asked the wash staff for help on how we can have this fixed they basically told us we were SOL. They made no attempt to correct this problem for us. They simply told us they would not fix it. Take this into consideration when looking for somewhere to wash your cash.

Had a VERY negative experience with the technician. To include I felt threatened when he tells me I need to move from where I was standing as I was walking and taking a business call. To include he calls me a liar,. He wanted to stick to his script when I heard him but then he wanted to show me a sticker from a previous establishment that placed the sticker in my window before they ever started the work. Which they didn’t y the way because I had issue with battery. Thankful to Herman who made the end of the experience better. Thus the 3 stars versus the 1 I was prepared to share. I’ll be back, just not when that young man is on duty

went there 3 times first time was great second time not so good then This morning I went to Clean my working Truck tailgate was still dirty I'm like ok then bring my personal car to have it cleanup I have dirty stuff on driver side I can literally remove it with no pressure at with my fingers So went back to speak with the Person name Miguel and No solution was given to resolve the problem So basically we THE CUSTOMERS come to this business to have a basic car rince since Miguel told me there is no pressure applied to the washing process when the car getting inside the washing tunnel 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Hello guys what is the point of this? CARWASH meaning washing wash verb gerund or present participle: washing 1. clean with water and, typically, soap or detergent. Customers have to pay 33$ to have his car 🚗 Rince following what Miguel just said this morning on the 11/08/2025 I strongly NOT recommend this Business anymore it will be posted as well on Nextdoor

Well, that was an interesting experience. You know that statement that says “the customer is always right“? I needed to change the type of oil in the truck this go around and opted for the least expensive. The day just looked at me saying and that’s not what I recommended for your truck and then walked away, shaking his head and walked all the way End of the Car bay. So I say to the other fella “do you want me to drive in or will you“ He does not speak English. And I do not speak Spanish. When they finish in record time, I asked if they had refilled the windshield wiper fluid Which was indicating empty and they had not. They had opened the air filter bay to check and let me know I needed Air filter. Which surprised me because I had replaced it last Monday by myself. I had also screwed down the cover so that it was secure. They, however, left the screws hanging loose. They’ve already lost two of them. I know because they’re the only ones that ever changed my oil. Until now. That was my last experience there. When I went to pay, I handed Mr. Shaikh in my head my $20 off coupon which he took in a house saying that now he had to cancel the entire Transaction. I’m sure it’s not a high paying position so I shouldn’t expect much but I expect better treatment than that and I actually expect that they will do all of the checks on oil’s fluid levels tire windshield all that Stuff. They only show recommendations for work that would cost me money. Time to find a new place to take our vehicles. Or maybe I’ll just start doing my own again.

Chis and Herman did a great job with my car! A different company that changed my oil last had over tightened to oil drain plug and stripped the bolt. They had to chisel it out as a last resort. They replaced the bolt with a quality part that should prevent any concerns!

They’re friendly, professional, and never try to upsell me on things I don’t need — which is rare these days! Over the years, I’ve had everything done here from simple oil changes to more complex repairs like a valve cover gasket replacement, and every time the service has been top-notch. This place really feels like a one-stop shop for all my car needs. I’d rather pay their fair, reasonable prices and know the job is being done right than chase the cheapest deal somewhere else and end up with problems later. I trust them completely with my car and always leave feeling confident.

It's sad I grew up in Allen my whole life and ever since I got my first car when I was 16 this has been my go to place for oil changes and car washes. After my last experience never again will I go here. The oil change price was double what it used to be and the carwash was the worst one I have ever had. This place used to be amazing, not sure if it's new management or what, but I would recommend Highly that you go somewhere else with fair prices.

I needed to get my car inspected for emissions for my state registration. The place that I usually go told me that their computer connection with the state was down and it would be a day before they could get my car inspected. He also suggested Speedy Oil Change just down the street so I drove down there and they got me in immediately. It only took about 10 minutes to complete and I was out of there on my way to Kroger to get my new registration sticker! They were very friendly and courteous! I was very pleased with my experience, and I’d recommend them for your oil change and other services that they offer (coolant flush & fill, etc.).
