Stanton‘s was amazing, my car was in their shop for a little over two months, they kept in constant contact and kept me updated weekly. I was rear ended and they had to replace the whole bottom back end, right rear light and hatch door of my SUV, the work was professional, clean and looks brand new, they kept in great communication with me and never left me wondering what’s going on with my vehicle. I would recommend them highly, they made me feel very comfortable having my car for a long period of time due to manufacturing and shipping issues….very polite and personable, I would definitely recommend Stanton‘s collision. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle, I am now back driving her in style !!

Efficiency and professionalism are the best ways I can describe this business. Listen, no one likes jumping thru hoops to get your car repaired. This business makes it easy! The last time my car was in I was able to leave the rental car there when I picked my car up.They took care of the return! Good old customer satisfaction at its best! I recently had work done and noticed some premature paint chipping. The owner took a look and backed his work up 100%....They are repainting the car! In this day and age what a relief to see honest to goodness people in business. Well done Stantons!!!!!

No surprises, they told me once they started taking things apart they may find more damage and it may take longer to get parts which was helpful to schedule the rental until it was completed. I can’t recommend this company and if you care about your car I wouldn’t take my car here. I had a nightmare of a time having to take my car back to get redone. Even after getting it back the second time I’m finding a bunch of new scuffs and black marks on the interior fabric …I’m just exhausted with the situation and don’t want anyone to make the mistake I did. Listen to the bad reviews on this one

Poor communication. Took 3 weeks for them to complete an under $3,000 repair! Got my car back and there is a bad odor in it that it never had before and the icing on cake was that they never called Enterprise to tell them I dropped the car off after the employee at checkout looked me in the eyes and said she would be sure to call them! They put 1(one) new tire on my car! I had called and asked them to do 2 and I would pay 100% out of pocket for the 2nd one but apparently that was asking too much. I will never take my car back there and I will never have GEICO insurance either as that who is the claim was through due to the person that hit me having them

I went to Stanton's Collision CARSTAR in July 2025. I was rear ended by someone. My insurance company sent someone out to look at my car and write an estimate. I then contacted Stanton's for the work to be done. I contacted them via email and phone. They were easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I dropped my car off on a Friday and it was done by the following Thursday. They kept me informed as they worked on my car. I called a few times for updates. They were always pleasant and gave me answers the same day. They kept in contact with my insurance agent as well. Which was good because the work took a little longer than estimated. And I had a rental paid for by my insurance company. So I did not have to worry about not having the rental car for the entire time they were working on my car. My RAV4 hybrid looks like it did before the accident. The repairs were great. And they only went over the estimate by about $200. Which I thought was great since they did not write the estimate. My insurance company did. Hopefully I don't get into anymore accidents. But if I do I will go back to Stanton's for repairs.

The repair work was good. Them driving my car while they had it not good. Lying about it makes it worse. When someone works from home and they drive 2.8 miles to a tanning place and back totaling 5.6 miles a day, I would not put 500 miles on in 2 weeks. I will be contacting the attorney generals office.
