I let the man know that I had an appointment in an hour and I asked if I could be in and out within that time he assured me that he could I sat there for a half an hour and my vehicle wasn’t even pulled into the bay! Terrible customer service here

Wouldn’t inform me on my vehicle for an entire hours Nd a half!! Never had one employee come to me to let me know if the vehicle was going into the bay! I had to get up and ask the employees multiple times if my car was ready or even being worked on and they kept extending my time! Then came to give me attitude about how I’ve only been waiting an hour?!? Excuse me but last time I remembered I’m a paying customer who expected to know what’s going on with my vehicle not being disregarded and ignored. Rio Rancho is WAY BETTER! Never coming back to this place again
