Very good customer service. Very affordable. I went to get my windsheld replaced and they were super helpful and accommodating. I called over 15 different places and I got such a better deal and they were avaliable the same day not 3 weeks out like most places and I needed it asap and they accommodated me to get in the same day. These people here are so friendly and go out of there way to make sure your comfortable. Definitely will be coming back here for all window needs!

Constantly harassed to leave a review after using this service. Also, the windshield wasn't 100% installed properly and there is a giant sealant mess on the bottom that I have to stare at every single day.

Great work! I tried tinting my own windows and paid for this mistake (lol!) So, I had nano-ceramic tint installed in my car by Astro Autoglass. Margaret and her team did an amazing and professional job. They made my appointment the next day and had my car done on the same day. Very happy with my 2013 Dodge Charger and I highly recommend them. My friends will be taking their RV and '49 Dodge truck to have their work done. Much thanks to Astro Auto Glass for their professional work :) Update: First hot day in Albuquerque (91*) and my car was 20* cooler on the inside. My phone didn’t even overheat! I spent the extra and got the ceramic tint...money well spent! Tint is great , no bubbles or peel. Great job! Highly recommended!

Giving this company 1 star is more than they deserve. I went in on Friday to get my windshield repaired. They told me it would take an hour and a half. I waited for 2 in a half hours to get it done. I also got charged 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. That was my fault I guess that it had sensors I did not know about. I took my vehicle home and waited the 24 hours to take the tape off like they asked. When I took the tape off I noticed that my outer molding was lifted up.*see picture. I took it back to them for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about that its just cosmetic. This is a brand new car 2019 chevy cruse and it was not like that when I brought it too them. They absolutely refused to do anything about it and that is an issue. I would not go back here and I hope no one goes there that wants their car to remain in good condition. I will be going to the dealership to get this fixed and I will be talking to my attorney about who is liable for the cost.

I had a big semi wheel up a rock on my windshield. I called Astro and drove immediately to them. They took my car right away, repaired the crack in less than 10 minutes. The impact point is barely visible. Thank you so much. Costs about $26 with tax.

I paid around 400.00 for them to replace my car window. They were extremely lazy and left bolts loose. When I rolled my window up and down it would make noise. I had my husband take a look at it and he confirmed that the bolts were loose. Please do your job correctly and appreciate your customers that spend there hard working money on your services it's not right. Please do better.

I wish I would have read the reviews before dropping my car off here for a windshield replacement. As others have mentioned, the trim rails on our vehicle were lifted in the upper corners after windshield replacement here The auto rain wipers also didn’t work after pickup and they left dirty handprints all over the inside on the light gray fabric pillars. They did offer to attempt to fix these items so one more trip and another day it had to be dropped off for. Upon pickup, after repairs, nothing had been remedied. The tech had a take it or leave it attitude and said they were done trying. When I asked the tech point blank if the auto wipers were working, he said “Yes, I even tested them.” Auto wipers still didn’t work. BMW dealer said the sensor pad was was not for this vehicle and had been installed incorrectly. Dealer had them working in 5 minutes. Will definitely not go back, even if free. One positive was the lady named Rebekah at the counter. She was helpful on the phone and in person. She did what she could, but the techs just do poor work. .

After a few years of putting it off I finally got my windshield replaced. Looked up a few places and landed on these guys. The service was friendly they seemed to be busy. I'm very happy with what I got. The only issue I thing was there were a bit in accurate on there time frames. I was there for almost 2.5 hour when the guy said only about an 1.5 little bit longer than my lunch hour can allow. It got done though and looks great.

I was not having the best morning. I got a flat & a star crack in my windshield about 5 seconds apart. The tire had to be replaced & I was convinced the windshield would need to be too. The crack was about as big as a quarter & on the driver’s side. (Yes I should have gotten a picture of it) The folks at the corner of second & Menaul had me in & out in minutes AND fixed the cracks like magic & at a reasonable rate. I was completely impressed & will be back the next time I need window help.
