Thank you Joey and Texas Body Works. My issues have never been hail related and more careless people in parking lots ..... lol... Regardless , this guys have always restored my vehicles to "like new" appearance, Reliable, professional and attentive to my concerns and detail. They treat my cars like they would their own. Not that I want to need their services agai but glad they'll be there when I do. Thank you agai , Joey and crew!

Joey has repairs a few of our vehicles and always leaves them like brand new, and best pricing I’ve EVER gotten since I didn’t want to use my insurance. I’ve had big jobs and small jobs, he makes me feel like he cares even if it’s just a tiny job. Great service, good quality work!

I had an 11 am appointment for my door handle. I had no idea what I was walking into. They were extremely polite, overly helpful and honest. I had to get a handle on a Highlander fixed. Had 2 to 3 different people examine it and no solution. “Get a new handle.” Chris comes outside (the gm) looks at the car and tells me they can have it fixed in 30 minutes. I expected to have it left at the shop. And the man that actually fixed the car, told me the issue, and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out the door w/ great service and a quality body shop to bring my truck for more than reasonable prices. Thank you to them for not charging me over the head and giving me a fair deal while charging hourly. Truth be told, it was so simple they didn’t charge me anything. They just asked i express my experience on here. I will be back and just want to say a special thank you to them.

I took my 1970 International Scout to Texas Body Works for some cosmetic touch up and major repaint work. Met with Darrin and members of his staff to discuss my needs and to get their opinions/suggestions of completing the desired work. We came to agreement on the methods for prepping the top for my Scout and the paint match for a complete repaint. We discussed price & expected time of delivery. I have to say the communication process was good. I felt like I was "in the loop" constantly. The workmanship was some of the highest quality I have seen (and I have experienced both ends of the spectrum). All of my expectations were exceeded. The project was completed on time and on budget. I will return to this group of professionals with other restoration projects. Highly recommend!!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Texas Body Works, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and clearly committed to quality. The bodywork came out flawless—my car looks just like it did before the damage, if not better! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and completed the repairs in a timely manner. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent craftsmanship with great customer service, but Texas Body Works absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs!

When another repair shop told me I'd be without my car 6-8 weeks, I looked for an alternative and found Texas Body Works. They did everything in their power to work with me, to keep me in my car while parts were ordered, and save me money. When the parts came in, they had me in and out within a week - saving me, literally, thousands of dollars in rental fees. Not only that, but their work was flawless. My car looks like it's come right off the showroom floor and they even buffed out a scratch from a previous fender-bender at no charge. It may be rare to find good customer service and places willing to go above and beyond, but they do that here. You won't be disappinted.

I've taken my cars (Range Rover and Mini Cooper) to this shop several times. The workmanship and service is excellent. Recently my car was side swiped by a security gate. I had black transfer and scratches in several locations down the side of my car. It looked to me like it would be expensive to repair the damage. Upon further inspection from Rosie, she indicated that this could be resolved with paint thinner and light buffing. Her team mate immediately took my car back to the shop and within 30 minutes....voila!... my car looked like new. They even removed a couple of scratches on the hood left by my cat. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this kind of service... and, yes, at no charge. It felt so nice to be treated as a valued client. Thank you so much.

RUN, don't walk, AWAY from this repair shop!! They are no longer owned by the same family that started the business back in 1987. The previous owner passed away in 2021 and the former manager (who worked mostly with the customers) is no longer with the company either. A completely different family owns Tx Body Works now and based on my recent experience, do not appear to take the same care with their customers that the previous leadership did. The treatment was like night and day. Extremely disappointing! We dropped the car off on 6/13/23 due to extensive damage caused by the hail storm here in North Texas on 5/19/23. When told our car would be ready for pick up on 9/08/23, we arrived to find it in the condition shown in the attached pictures. When we were told the car would be delivered to us on 9/14/23 the following week, it was not delivered at the time promised and was still not completely ready by the time we drove to Carrollton to pick it up. While the work performed on our vehicle was ok and it looks nice (I cannot fault the team actually working on the cars), it took 3 months for our hail repairs to be completed. The communication from everyone we encountered at TX Body Works left a lot to be desired, to say the least. When I called, I always got the answering service, never a person in their front office. I called and left at least 5 messages with the answering service in the 3 months they had my car and they never once returned ANY of my calls. My daughter called requesting updates on her car and she was ignored as well. The only person who ever received a return call was my husband, and even then he only received a couple of calls with updates from TBW the entire time they had our car. When I resorted to email for updates, they did not respond to that communication either. Requesting a copy of my detailed, itemized statement/invoice went ignored for weeks until I let them know I would be filing a complaint with my insurance company. When they did finally respond after multiple requests, it was very defensive with a lot of excuses, mostly for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the repair of my vehicle. I completely understand going through insurance and the claim process takes time, especially now in our post-Covid world. However, being secretive about the process, being told "one more thing is needed for insurance approval then your car will be ready", and seeing a completely different list of additional items being claimed for repairs is another. Examples: Astronomical hours of labor being charged - original estimate 23 hrs for body work vs actual 90 hrs; a $500 windshield (that they broke!) was charged to insurance for almost $1,700!! Our insurance company (a large national company) has been made aware of our concerns and the TX Attorney General and TX Department of Insurance will be notified as well. Consumer Beware!!

Challenger owners! If you have splitter damage form hitting that curb parking or any damage get on Amazon get the replacement and go to Texas Body Works! Friendly no hassle on cost or work quick also!! I called around trying to find people to install a new splitter on my challenger no one would do it..called these guys they gave me a price over the phone!! And stuck to it when i showed up! Excellent price on the work These people were great!! I will go back if I damage my splitter again or if I want other work done thanx so much!!

Late last year I got my Audi A4 worked on by Texas Body Works and can I just say, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. They were so patient, intentional, delicate, and informative with me. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work on my car. They did a FABULOUS job (even fixed things a couple tiny things for me out of the kindness of their hearts) and I will forever be going there for any auto body needs (and have shared my great experience with others). If your car needs help, they ARE THE PLACE TO GO!!! Don't walk, run to them as they will leave you feeling satisfied.

Precise and expert body work with above-and-beyond service. Fairly quick turnaround. Very fair prices, with labor rates posted in their office -- especially good rates compared with dealers. Specific shout-out to Rocio, who was great to deal with, providing timely updates and answering all questions well. I was worried because I had no experience with body shops, and no clue where to start -- and sometimes I'm suspicious of Google / Yelp / Facebook reviews. But this place truly earns that 5-star rating, and is worthy of the recommendation from Bob at Lord of the Rings (Audi shop). I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Long story: Needed a left rear indicator light and entire front bumper and right front trim replaced. The repairs were done expertly, and even my distance / adaptive cruise control sensors stopped throwing errors (despite the fact that TBW couldn't guarantee they would be fixed without dealer recalibration). There were several areas on the car with minor scuffs that I didn't ask to be fixed. When I walked to my car upon retrieving it, I realized they had detailed the car inside and out. I walked around the car, and to my surprise, so many of the scuffs and "wear and tear" blemishes were either improved or simply resolved. Specifically, my rear bumper was pretty banged up (scrapes from loading/unloading, a couple of scuffs where someone hit the car in the parking lot), and it looked almost new when I got it back. Again, the rear bumper was not something I asked to be addressed, but their excellent detail team still went to work on it to try to get the car in great shape. I really was not expecting such treatment. I bought it used a couple of years ago, and TBW had the car back to me in better shape than when I first bought it. I searched for a long time trying to find a reputable body shop rather than dealing with the dealership. Ultimately, referrals are one of the better ways to find a place. After asking around, Bob at Lord of the Rings recommends this place... and for good reason. This place is top-notch.
