Gave this place 1 star about 7 months ago because they damaged my wheel while mounting new tires, the star is just cause the manager was always friendly and professional, they gave me a written statement saying all they could pay for would be $50 since the wheel had light curb rash already, cooled off and let it go. Recently found out there's new management so I gave them another chance and dropped of my car(370z nismo) this morning for new front tires, got a great deal on cheap tires, new manager was friendly, picked up the car after they closed and guess what? My front wheels are now damaged, this time they did even more than what they did to the rear wheels. Went to ask the morning after If there's anything they could do(since this isn't the first time they damage my wheels) but of course all I got told was that their machine couldn't have done that, The manager cared more about the 1 star review I gave them 7 months ago he brought it up so much and asked if he could read the review I was about to leave, I told him I would change the review according to how this wheel issue got resolved, he told me I could take the car to wheel hub annie to get it looked at get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix if their tech was responsible for the damage, the "tech" came out and looked at my wheels and said "nope our machine won't do that" I assumed he already had a problem with me since he did say the 1 star reiview personally hurts him because he went above and beyond...only thing I felt they went above and beyond was to try to justify the damaged wheels and make sure they got payed. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars, never going back there again that's a guarantee. If you have a nice car and care for it, don't take it to these clowns, they act professional but can't even replace a single tire by my experiences. Update 6/13/2020: I'm glad the owner feels the need to comment on my review and do nothing about it! Since this happened, I've only received one call from another manager(not even the "owner") trying to tell me that I'm wrong and I should take my review down, their insurance people contacted me once then never heard back from them. Again, dont waste your time here people.

From out of town and ended up with a huge bolt in my tire. It was a Sunday so thankful they were open and super duper fast. They were able to patch us up and get us out in 15 min. UPDATE/NEW post: I had been coming here for years, enough to know most names. A while back, I noticed my tire was low, tires I bought from this very business, but they tell me it isn't the tires, it is the wheels, they say, but regardless, it was after work and I needed air and stopped in. There is a hose that says "Free Air" but no indication you have to do it yourself. So, I went in, I was dressed in my business work clothes, and even though it wasn't busy, I was told by Cameron that it was self-service, "that's what makes it free, you know?" . So, I attempted to use the thing but it wouldn't latch to the valve so I ended up leaving to go to another place for some help. The thing is, I have put a lot of money into this place over the years, and not just tires, auto work too, on 15 years worth of vehicles, and that was a slap in the face to basically tell me to kick rocks. So when my friend started his long haul business, and needed tires for the 18 wheeler he bought, I told him what happened so he took his business elsewhere. I won't go back either, for any of my family's vehicles now that my teens are all driving, I have kicked the rocks you wanted me to do there, buddy-boy. OLD post: First of all, Saturday morning and I was in and out in less than an hour with no appointment, bangin'! I hate waiting. The staff is helpful and make reasonable recommendations which is nice, but I dont feel pressured so that is even better. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service is affordable and consistent which is what makes this my go-to place even though I moved farther from this area of town.

I payed $225 dollars for oil change, tire rotation and cabinet filter. I usually pay $100 with Groupon at volvoline for oil change so you tell me what's wrong there? The cabinet filters are $20 and tire rotation is free. So not sure where y’all come up with these prices.

Great prices! Scratched one of my wheels though unfortunately! I brought in x2 19 inch by 8.5 inch g35 rays wheels, and brought in my own tires aswell (255/35/19) and had them installed, one of my wheels was untouched, and great, and the other one was overall untouched, but in the center of the wheel there was a slight scratch in a circle around the wheel, not ideal! Life happens though I’ll just refinish it

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I bought a set of new tires and they did my alignment incorrectly. Front tires were ruined after 1 month due to alignment being off, but they refused to take responsibility. It was always someone else’s fault, so no warranty. Tried to charge me for replacement tires and the labor to put them on. The manager John was bitter and unreasonable. I spoke to customer service who said I was owed a refund, but now they’ve been unreachable by phone or email for 4 weeks.

Anthony at Tire Choice gave me the best customer service today. I would truly recommend this quality service to anyone, and today I didn’t have to pay a dime. I was on my way to work this morning and ended up on the side of the road with a flat tire. I realized my lug nut wrench didn’t fit, by wheel was cracked, and my spare was from 1999. Anthony immediately helped out by suggesting places to find new wheels on short notice. I ended up buying one of his facebook marketplace suggestions later that night. I drove back after purchasing the wheel and they both replaced it for free and filled up all of my tires for the winter season. I found myself in a tricky situation today and received such amazing service so have to recommend anyone needing similar service, to visit Tire Choice on Fairview.

Great group of guys running the place. Had a nail in my tire and took it to Firestone. Car sat at Firestone for 2 days before they called be and said they can ship a tire in and it will arrive 5 days later. I took my tire into Tire Choice without an appointment an hour before they closed (don’t do this) and they had the tire in stock and mounted it to the rim no problem. They were quick and efficient while Firestone was the opposite. Would highly recommend coming here for any tire or basic mechanical needs.

These guys gave us a great price on a new set of tires. A few weeks later, I ran over a nail and got a flat. They patched it up in about 15 minutes with no appointment, and didn't even charge me for patching it. I also showed them I had a stripped bolt and asked if they had a replacement the same size. They did happen to have an extra matching bolt lying around and didn't charge me for that either. Now that's service.

I went to the Tire Choice on Fairview and five mile to get a coolant flush and thermostat change on my green 1999 F-250 (~$600 dollars) I took my truck home and my radiator had a leak (puddle of coolant in the driveway). Took it back to them hoping for an issue like a hose. Same guy who did radiator says it is coming from the radiator and pressure test. When this happened, he supposedly blew out the bottom of my radiator thus exhausting my options other than a full radiator and upper and lower hose hose replacement. Evidently a new hose replacement doesn’t come with new hose clamps, will come back to $1300 more. I took my truck home and it still had the leak. 3 additional times later the leak issue never got fixed, every morning I went out and there’s a puddle on the drivers side of my driveway. The manager insisted he ordered a new hose and that he was going to fix it. At this point I took it to my main mechanic, and he found loose hose clamps on most every connection and one hose missing a clamp completely $100 fixed. This whole thing is super fishy, and I am left thinking it may have just been untightened hose clamps at the root of the problem. Tire choice has not made this right with me, and their staff have given me the run around to talk to the guy who installed it and the manager depending on which days they work. Neither have offered me credit for deficient service. My advice I would not take anything there to be worked on when you don’t have servicers tightening hose camps and or replacing them correctly. I will also say while trying to cure the leaks 4 times I brought to the shop, multiple techs were not able to figure out the issue. So, this was not just an issue with one servicer at the shop. If tire choice wants to make this right, they could offer me a $600 credit towards one of my bills. Other than that this review and the others I am about to place on multiple search engines will stand. 2/15/2026.

Manager and Shop attendants were friendly. Shop was clean and had a comfortable waiting room. Being open on Sundays is great. I needed my battery replaced, they got me in and out quickly. Just wish they had a water dispenser so guest could get a drink. It would be nice if it was one that did hot and cold water so we could make instant coffee or tea. Or even a soda machine. Most other shops I’ve been to always have some sort of refreshments.

I’m most certain I spoke with the manager over there at tire choice. Egotistic, incompetent and unwilling to hear my complaint. Classic low tier management tendencies. They rewired the ground wire for my spare car which worked for about 7 months. I popped the hood recently after noticing the cars inability to start, only to find out the ground wire was not secure at all and had wires unattached from the terminal. I got the wires to a point where it was making solid connection so it could start, in hopes to drive it back to tire choice and get it fixed. I called before heading there and got to speak with John. They can’t warranty anything anyone has touched (myself included). So by John’s logic, if tire choice put 4 tires on, one of the tires comes loose and falls off, they wouldn’t take responsibility for their work and if by chance I was able to get the tire back on before bringing the car back into their shop that warranty would be void. Was planning on continuing to do business with them but it seems like this place is lacking in more than 1 area from top to bottom. So I will no longer be doing business with these guys nor will a recommendation ever come to mind.

One of my tires on my Acura RDX suddenly lost pressure on a Sunday and Tire Choice was open. Apparently the tires on my car are not common, but they had one set in stock “just in case”. The flat tire had a screw in it that could not be repaired. The technician took time to explain everything and show me the screw in the tire. I was in and out in 90 minutes and the price was reasonable. I was grateful they were there to take care of me. Thank you! 🙏
