I went to tire choice on airline on 3/28/2023 my be beetle has been here before. This time they have completely new staff and incompetent employees. I stayed there for 3 hours for a oil change. I got up to see what was the hold up, these guys are near my car watching a YouTube video on how to change my oil. I immediately felt that was so unprofessional, most certainly because my car has been here before and these guys are suppose to be trained and certified in mechanics. I’m never bringing my car here again and I’ve been a customer for 6years

Booked a Saturday appointment online for an alignment and brake fluid change. Drove all the way there, waited for ages before someone showed up to the front desk, only to be told there are no mechanics on Saturday so no appointments are available. The man behind the counter was not emphatic and didn't attempt to solve anything. Won't be making another appointment.

I'm giving 3 stars based solely on past service..BUT...the last two visits have been BRUTAL! The last visit was painfully slow. I arrived at 7:25am...they opened the doors at 7:45 (opens at 7:30)...i was one of two customers. I needed a set (4) of tires for my van. I was told they were in stock. I left at 10:32 am. First customer...3 hours for 4 tires... Two other customers arrived after me, but ended up leaving because it took too long.

Got a great price and Randy was very helpful! Female friendly!! Service was fast and I got exactly what I was quoted over the phone. The waiting area has a water fountain, vending machines, and a TV. The facility is old but the bathrooms were clean! Service and price are great! Will use them from now on.

Just needed my tire plugged. I pulled up around 5:10pm, the doors were locked and the sign was on stating that they are open. The store manager came to the door and unlocked it. I asked if they were open he said yes. I told him I just needed my tire plugged. He then stated he doesn't have any employees and "I don't plug tires." I don't understand how this place is still open. I've gone before to have a brake job done and they "didn't have the tool to do it" Horrible experience

I came to have two tires installed originally my visit was ok but once I got home and checked my vehicle I noticed my wheel lock was missing off one tire and also a couple of my lugs were left loose enough for me to twist with my hand!I bring the vehicle back the next day highly frustrated and the service manager Cornell had the nastiest attitude telling me my vehicle must’ve came missing a lock off the tire and acting as if I’m being dramatic about my lugs being left loose he told me the tire wasn’t going to come off because they still had three that were tight and also to call corporate if I wanted to argue because he doesn’t get paid enough for that!!! I will not be returning to this location my experience was horrible !

One of the worst experiences ever. From the start I knew I was gonna be robbed. I purchased an oil change and free tire rotation through Groupon. It included 5 quarts and an oil filter. Looked at the bill and not only did he charge me for the filter. He also upcharged the price of the oil ($17.40 per quart). This is after they gave me a messed up wheel alignment a year ago that I came back twice for and still couldn’t get it right. I should’ve known better.

I went for an oil change, was told it would take 30 min, but it took an hour and forty minutes. The manager and one of the employees got into a yelling/cursing match in the lobby that continued off and on for the duration of my wait. My tires were overinflated. They should have 35lbs of air. My front driver’s side tire had 42lbs and the others 38lbs. I went back and told the employees at tire choice and was told that my car’s computer must be wrong because whatever they use was showing 35lbs. This resulted in my needing to go elsewhere to get it fixed before I wore out or blew out one of my tires. My oil life is decreasing much more rapidly than it usually does after an oil change. I’m not sure what they did, but I will NEVER return and won’t EVER recommend this place. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would; the entire experience was TRASH!!!

When in several months ago for tires. I had no trouble with the service. Today I'm getting maintenance with Toyota and find that Tire Choice had damaged one stud and lug nut so Toyota couldn't remove the tire for rotation without breaking it. Now I'm out of pocket almost $200 from damage Tire Choice has caused. I always get my tires from this company but it was my first time at the Airline location. It will definitely be my last. I'm extremely disappointed and angry with this additional cost.

Arrived at 11 am and was the only customer there at the time. Asked for and complete set of tires, that was no problem. The problem came in when I watched 4 customers come in after I did and get serviced bc they were more familiar with the staff than I was. The promised finish time was fabricated by a hour. No one could explain to me why it should take 2 hours to put 4 tires on a truck. That’s the only service that was required. The customer service was abysmal, clerk was eating a plate and having too many personal conversations to inquire why I was standing at the counter for 25 minutes. My husband and I finally got out of there at 1pm. I was told this was a great place that offered great service but I was poorly misguided. Hopefully this location does better as time passes.
