Called in and asked if they had available the tire for my car. They informed was available and proceed tan schedule appointment when arrived at location the tire was not available they apologized because the customer service normally provide wrong info. I lost the time I reserved in the morning for poor communication. The staff at store was nice and try their best to help but the experience with their customer service was awful.

Went in because my truck was making a loud screeching noise. Thought maybe it was something with the brake hardware or an issue with the wheel bearings. They took it on a spin and investigated. Scott came to the lobby and showed me a little pebble that Josh found lodged between the rotor and the dust shield that was causing the noise. I had voiced my concern about brakes and the bearings, but Scott was honest with me about the pebble and didn’t try to sell me snake oil. Any other place I reckon I would’ve ended up spending hundreds for problems I didn’t even have.

So when my wheel caliper went out along with needing a full set of brakes and 2 rotors these guys were more than understand and provide expert care for my vehicle. I'll say if you're looking for a crew that will treat you properly and won't scam you this crew is the way to go.

Only place I’ve come across in Columbus that doesn’t rip you off and steal your money. I was expecting to pay $100-200 dollars for the services I asked for and the total was around $85! The manager was very kind and not condescending at all (unlike other places around) and I will 100% be returning for the rest of the time I am in Columbus.

Dishonest and rude staff. Do not honor manufacturer warranties and will lie about it, also different techs will give you different stories of what you need. Reccomend going elsewhere where service is cheaper and more transparent.

This is definitely the worst car service on the planet. Stay away; these guys are dangerous. We had planned a family vacation in Florida, and I asked my wife to take the car in for an inspection and alignment before the trip. On the way, I heard a knocking sound in the suspension. I lifted the car and found an untightened stabilization bar. They had put the nut on but did not bother to tighten it. But that wasn't the end of it. After another hundred miles, the car felt unstable. I checked the wheels and found that one of the front wheels was loose. They had not tightened the control arm either! Needless to say, the alignment I had asked them to do was impossible with a loose control arm. Even this wasn't the end of my trouble with that shop. A few months later, I got a flat tire—an ordinary situation. I went to get the new spare tire I had in the trunk, and when I opened it, I found the spare was stolen. I had just bought it recently. By all means, avoid these guys for your own safety.

My wife and I had a tire replaced here. Scott, the manager at this location, took great care of us. He and his employees went above and beyond to help us. They could have easily said here are your options, if it doesn’t work for you then there’s not much we can do. Instead, Scott called multiple locations to find the right tire for our car and replaced our tire so we can make the 2-hour drive home. Scott and his employees made sure we were well taken care of. All we had to do was be patience and give them time, which we were glad to do so. We owe a huge thanks to Scott and his team!!!

Does not install tires you bring with you, regardless of condition. Phone operator led me to believe that bringing your own tires would be acceptable. Desk receptionist was abrupt and dismissive when dealing with me and relaying the above information. Edit: he even made a 'shoo' hand gesture after saying "We don't put used tires on here." Do not go here, they don't deserve your business. Edit: To add here, the tires in question were not even seen by any employees, but are in nearly new condition, and my current tires are barely even legal anymore. I just recently purchased this vehicle, so the condition of its current tires was outside of my personal control. This interaction has put me at a serious inconvenience, and could even endanger me if I cannot find a shop to provide service before the next snow.

This the worst automotive service company I have ever experienced. First, the assistant manager gave me the wrong street address. Then when I arrived at the the company. I was told that because I was late for my appointment, I would have to wait 1 hour to be served. When I tried to explain to a staff employee that the reason I was late for my appointment was because a staff member gave me an incorrect street address, he said "I don't care." Every business depends on taking care of it's customers and treating them with respect. This business neither took care of my needs or treated with with any respect. I will never use this company again. I will never tolerate poor customer service

I was in a bind with my car, needed it fixed immediately to be able to get myself to work. These guys were the best help! Took my car in and did what It needed. A buddy of mine was driving my car, long story short he hit a curb to hard and popped both tires, along with a good size lip in one rim. Fixed it right up for me! i will definitely be going back for any other problems I have. Highly recommend!! (They totally didnt need to do this, but I brought a friend with me while we waited for my car and she lost one of her peircing balls and if you have peircings you should know how small a jester peircing is lol but the the guys that fixed my car helped us look for it and found it!!!) Amazing service 👏 🙌 👌 thank you guys so much!!

My wife's car experienced severe shaking while driving at higher speeds on her way to work. She works 12 hour shifts at a hospital, so I came out to get the car and brought it to Tire Choice, thinking it may be a tossed wheel weight throwing it out of balance. When I arrived they got me in ahead of my appointment. I was told there was a good chance it was snow built up, which I thought i had looked for packed snow in the wells and the rims, but apparently didnt get low enough to see the impacted areas. They cleaned it out but still checked it out and drove it to make sure this solved the problem and it did. They then sent me on my way. I dropped her car back at the hospital and took mine back for the oil change I was going to do the following week. Same exceptional service and staff. They did a great job earning trust with the first job, not doing more than was needed and making sure not to do unnecessary tests or repairs. The second job they made a few recommendations and I will be going out of my way to bring it tothem when its time to address. It can be hard to trust shops sometimes, but they earned mine.

I visited Columbus & luckily this place was across the street from my hotel. I had a flat tire. Scott was so kind & made me feel welcomed & better about my situation. We even shared a few laughs. They were able to fix my rim & change my tire promptly, so I could get back on the road & also filled my other tires with air. I recommend this location for anyone who is & isn't local! Extremely friendly staff! The service is great and the price is super reasonable. I walked in and was in and out in about an hour without an appointment - I appreciated that they worked me in! I had to get a flat tire replaced and they were transparent about why they couldn’t repair the tire, and that the tire available in the size I needed would be a bit more expensive because that’s what they had in stock at the moment. I really appreciated the honesty. Dealing with a flat tire is pretty stressful but they made the experience of replacement quick and painless for me :)

Took my car here for new tires. The manager Scott was very friendly and nice to work with. However, I am disappointed in the quality and attention to detail by the techs. Long story short, I got 4 new tires and an alignment. After getting the car back , it pulled to the left (therefore I had to turn the wheel right to drive straight). Took it back, their tech said it drove perfectly straight (was surprised to hear this) but they'd take a look anyways. Aligned it again, gave me the keys, and I drove off... still having to steer right. I took it back to show them a video I took of the behavior. They said the alignment was perfect and it was just a problem with my year/make/model. They said they could get it to drive straight, but the alignment would "not be to spec" causing the tires to wear faster. I called it for the day and drove home steering right. Took it to the dealership for another opinion, they aligned it, gave me the printout of before and after... sure enough the front toe was out of spec (as well as the rear camber) in the direction that would push the car left. Drove home with a straight wheel. So, Tire Choice gave me a good price for the tires and service, but ultimately I ended up having to pay more for a second shop to properly align the car.

I blew a tire two days before Thanksgiving travel, and they still got me in first thing Wednesday morning. Scott was fantastic! Very welcoming, kind, and honest. The tires were fairly priced, and the service was quick. I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!
