Went in a month ago to get my back driver side tire patched. I even tipped the guy who patched it $20 because he worked alone on a Sunday and I felt bad. It made a rattle sound immediately so I tried bringing it in twice after but was told they didn’t have enough employees working to look at it. I made an appointment for another patch for a different tire and asked they check the sound from the back left tire. They patched the front tire and then told me it’s the CV Axel is making the sound from the rear which I knew wasn’t true. I took it to another mechanic and he checked the sound and it was my TPMS sensor and old valve stem rolling around inside the tire, $40 to remove and remount tire. He also said that my front right tire should’ve never been patched as the metal wiring was showing on the tire and they should’ve recommended a new tire (they didn’t). Not sure what is happening but I’m never trusting them again.

Bought 4 new tires and after spending 20 minutes cleaning off the oils and glues they left on the tire I noticed a huge gash into the rim. Little attention to detail and would not recommend.

Update review: Mike, the new store manager, is simply outstanding. He brings a wealth of knowledge and can explain complex technical issues in a clear, approachable way. He exudes honesty and transparency, qualities that are hard to find in this industry, especially for women who often worry about being taken advantage of at mechanic shops. While prices are higher than smaller shops, you’re paying for the assurance of a nationwide company backing the work.

My tire blew out Thursday night and by Friday afternoon the guys here were able to order 2 new tires for me, install them, and do an oil change all on a busy day! They are very nice and don’t pressure you into getting anything done that you didn’t come in for, although they do let you know if something should be fixed for your cars safety.

Today is October 23 and I just got off the phone with the general manager at this location and he is double charging me the price I was quoted in August for tierods and an alignment. Please make sure you get a first estimate a second estimate from the auto services shop before using this company. What a rip off!! his name is Garrett. I am so disappointed. I’ve been using Tire Choice since 2021. They should honor the estimate that I received in August. I just have to take my business elsewhere.

Garrett was amazing, friendly and kind. He got my car in immediately, got me the best possible price and even kept his cool with an irate customer who was upset that he mentioned to her that per her owners manual for her car that the manufacturer states all 4 tires must be replaced at the same time if the tread depth difference is more than 3/32nds. It was nice to see him stay professional and kind.

In December we dropped off our truck for an oil change. Yes it was an older model with high mileage but was running just fine. We received the first call with the typical “ you need this and that “ so we agreed to a valve gasket cover change. First they call and say after changing that it was spewing oil, they contacted “someone from corporate “ because they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Next thing we know the engine is BLOWN. Their response “ not our fault….the engine was going to blow it was just a coincidence that it happened in our shop”. I tried to get upper management information from the store manager, Garrett, as well as corporate but was only given the runaround… they simply would not give that information. We pursued several avenues to get them to accept some responsibility for what occurred but only hit brick wall. What is the most appalling is the way a corporation like this handled the situation. Even if it was a “coincidence “!!!! In short I would absolutely never recommend anyone to take a vehicle there.

I brought my car in for a Tire that was losing air. Tire choice said that they fixed it with a patch. The very next day, My tire was flat again. So of course the car was brought back in. they could not find anything. this happened 4 times that they could not find the leak. Keep in mind, that they patched the tire the 1st time. On the 4th time the car was brought in, Michael found a leak on the sidewall, right next to the patch they put on the tire. Michael stated that a new tire was needed. When I asked for a refund because my tire was never fixed correctly. Michael got rude and said his tech did everything correctly and it was not his problem that i needed a new tire. But if My tire was Fixed correctly, why did the tire have 15psi in it the next day? So of course Michael said that I must of hit a nail on the way home. On the same exact tire that I was having problems with? I live 1/2 a mile from the facility. I have taken 3 different cars of mine there. All I originally wanted to a refund on the patch and to replace the tire. If Michael didn't get rude, and solved the problem, there never would of been any issues. So then i asked Michael for a copy of my 4 invoices. Apparently he deleted the 2 invoices that they could not find the leak. He only had the invoices for the original time I was there and the last time where he stated that i needed a tire. A repair order is a legally binding contract. and yet he deleted it. These people are shady and dishonest. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Keep away.

I purchased tires off Amazon and paid Amazon for the install. After dropping the ball on getting Tire choice the proper paperwork to start the work, Mike the store manger took matters into his own hands and helped me get the tires installed and out in a speedy manner. Great customer service.

Took me 3 visit before someone acknowledged my presence, first 2 I just walk out but, I needed an alignment and the location was at a walking distance. Price was too high for a still unknown guarantee/warranty as neither of the 2 person at the counter know for sure and, is not at the receipt. Don't know if the alignment was needed as there was not a before and after print out, printer with no ink they said...at this time, 3 stars was more than enough...BTW I'm ASE certified, was a mech/tech also a service advisor and a service manager before retiring...

I had a problem with my buick stuttering while driving and had taken it to 2 different mechanics , and they could never figure out what was wrong with it. It finally was so bad on friday that I had to take it in and chose tire choice because it was close to my house and they figured out what it was within the first five minutes of talking to me. They were quick and courteous and friendly and just so thorough. I was very pleased in my car runs great now.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MANAGER GARRETT I’ve always been a dealership girl — the perks, the warranties, the free coffee, all of it 😆 But my husband finally got me a new car from a buy-here-pay-here lot, so I’ll admit I was nervous when I got a nail in my tire (a frequent flyer issue thanks to my commute and three kiddos over the bridge 🫠). The tow truck dropped us off at Tire Choice and Total Car Care, and Garrett, the manager, was amazing! He answered the phone himself, told me to come right in (even though it was a Sunday at 3 PM!), and greeted me with such a warm and genuine attitude that instantly put me at ease. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes — no exaggeration — when I’m used to sitting at a dealership for two hours. Garrett explained all the payment options clearly and helped me set up a warranty that covers all my tires in the future. I honestly feel like I’m in great hands now, even without that fancy dealership tire package. He’s one of those people you can tell actually cares — no pushy upsells, no making you feel like you’re annoying them, just truly great customer service. Can’t wait (well, hopefully not too soon 😆) until I have another tire situation! Thank you, Garrett, for the awesome service and for making a stressful moment so easy!

I want to thank everyone working at this location at Tires Choice. This is the second time that I have been there to get my tires replaced, and each time I have been I have been treated with nothing but the upmost respect and kindness from every mechanic and employee there. Mike, the manager, was especially respectful and helped me out in a very timely manner. I got my car back today from a tire replacement and noticed that I needed to get an alignment done also (was in a minor accident the night prior) he got it in and done in under 20 minutes. Genuinely can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to all!
