So, due to my schedule, it was a Sunday afternoon when I could drop off a flatted tire that I hoped would be an easy fix. Alas, such was not the case. But, the manager had an excellent pair on hand that fit with my budget. The change was made quickly and professionally, including an alignment. Great team, personable help. Can't recommend them highly enough!

My expiration was great, Elijah was very nice and accommodating with the coupon I had on the tires. After discovering I needed brakes too, he found the best price for me to get the services I needed and drive safely.

Trying not to over think this here: took my Jetta in for a tire rotation and balance. After 30 min I peered into the door window and they got my hood open poking around. I asked why my hood was open for a wheel balance and rotation. He said they do an inspection on every car. No communication ahead of time on this. I don't care my car is missing center caps. Recommended alignment for no reason at all. The wheel balancing did help but I can't recommend a place that just does their own thing to cars without communication. Clearly to generate business but no thanks.. 3 stars

I just asked them to see if they could see if my car would start and they charged me $135…. I never asked them to look at it just to see if it would crank up and got charged for something that was simple and didn’t need to get charged for especially that much.

I went here for a flat tire a few months ago, and had them replace both rear tires. When I drove out, my pressure sensor alarms were going off so I returned. They then told me that the tires they installed don’t have pressure sensors, and that it would be $250 to install them. I took my car to a small shop further away a few months later to install sensors at less than half the price…where they told me there were indeed pressure sensors in the tires, but on of them was bad. In short, a combination of either flat out dishonesty or the guy behind the counter didn’t know what was going on. I have read the reviews on here…and I know that Tire Choice, as a chain, will do nothing about this because they probably don’t care. But heads up for anyone reading this review to consider the above.

I wasn’t even going to saying anything about them. But once I found out that THEIR WORK was directly responsible for my issues. So I take my 2013 BMW x5 35i xdrive (work car) there for a simple oil change they they can do it. Cool let’s do it. Long story short. The way they did it led to oil leaks which lead to alternator malfunction and a hose popping do to negligence during the oil change. (Oil leaking on the alternator and hose.) this is not a basing just my honest experience with the shop. Your experience may have or will be different. Would I recommend them, probably not. But that doesn’t mean there not good. Just at that moment. Which ever mechanic did the job. Probably wasn’t the best guy to do the job. Cost me more money to have work done. That could’ve been prevented. The teeth marks. Not actual teeth on the oil filter cap which broke the gasket which caused oil to leak. Actual oil pan cap or whatever it’s called. Wasn’t properly put back which caused more oil leaking. Didn’t notice anything until the oil was done by a certified BMW tech. He kindly pointed out the mistakes. I have photos. The hose may just be a manufacturing defect because it’s plastic. The oil leaking directly onto it sped up the process no doubt. Overall not to satisfied with the job. Lesson learned. I’ve learned that you can’t cut comers with these types of vehicles. Just pay the the money with the proper experience technicians. It’ll save you in the long term.for some reason or another I wasn’t able to upload the photos

I came in for an oil change and state inspection. They were very reasonable price wise. They were also very quick in getting the work done. The staff were very polite.

Not the best! I had an oil change and the next day something was making a thumping noise while I was driving my car in the freeway. They didnt put the undercarriage(?) cover properly back and it was dragging. So I took it back and then they told me they fixed it, I looked under my car and it was still dragging and worse! So I told them again and had to watch them do it again and they just took it out. They said I have to get a new one which is fine but just the whole process felt like I had to ask them for a favor and make sure everything was ok even though they should make sure everything was good.

Needed immediate care for a busted tire and replace the other three after they were delivered- was seen quickly and had my car back on the road an hour later. Remaining tires were dealt with a few days later. Definitely my go-to when things go wrong.

My car is so much happier now! A coworker recommended I get my inspection done here. My car is 20 years old so I wasn't very surprised when I got the call that work needed to be done to pass, but I was surprised at the cost. However, I did some research and the prices and discounts they offered me were very reasonable. My car had been making a funny noise that I didn't think had anything to do with the work done - but the noise is gone and even my partner can tell my car is driving so much better now. Highly recommend.

‘D’ the manager was friendly, Knowledgeable and efficient . Price was fair and car was ready on the promise time. The removal and install of the two(2) tires was sub par. My car’s standard OEM painted wheels were scraped up. Unacceptable.

Customer service was great. They communicated that they were behind when I got there and did a great job on the wheel alignment. Though the alignment was a bit more than other shops I was satisfied with the service .

I brought my car to Tire Choice because the check engine light was flashing. Their initial diagnosis was that my car had “no oil,” even though I had a full oil change just five months prior in April. That explanation was not only implausible but it immediately raised red flags about the quality and honesty of their assessment. Still, they insisted on doing a full work-up and charged me $769. For that amount, you would expect the issue to be resolved or at least accurately diagnosed. Two days later, the exact same check engine light came back on. I returned, frustrated but hopeful they would take accountability for the misdiagnosis. Instead, this time the story changed completely. Suddenly, they claimed it was due to a Hyundai engine recall issue. So within less than a week, the cause of the same problem went from “no oil” to “manufacturer recall.” That level of inconsistency is highly suspicious and feels predatory because it looks like they were more interested in padding the bill than solving the actual problem. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with a shop that values honesty or transparency. Rather than owning up to their misdiagnosis, they simply shifted blame and left me out nearly $800 with nothing to show for it. The check engine light is still on, the problem is unresolved, and I am left with a lighter wallet and zero trust in Tire Choice. In my opinion, this shop is not just unprofessional but predatory, taking advantage of customers with vague or conflicting explanations while racking up unjustified charges. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place. There are plenty of shops that will treat you with honesty and integrity, but Tire Choice is not one of them.

I got my tires from here, but then was totally different from the experience now. I came back for my alignment to be corrected and the service manager said they fired the guys in the back. So now I have to make another trip back to get this done. When I got my tires from here it was a nice place and clean. It looks now like the upper management doesn't care what the outside or inside looks like. Update so I came back for the realignment and its worst then the 1st time I came in, they refunded my money but now the steering wheel is way off then the tires and I have to take it to the dealership to make it correct. They should just say we can't do alignments. Especially when I got there at 8:15am and didn't leave until 11:45. They wasted my time and money, cause I didn't get the refund back yet.

I visited Tire Choice Auto Service Centers based on a positive review, but my experience was a bit mixed. The facility itself is nice, and if you prefer a more laid-back approach without appointments, it might suit you. However, my visit was prompted by a specific problem that unfortunately wasn't fully resolved. The staff seemed friendly, but the issue persisted, leaving me somewhat disappointed. It's worth considering if you prioritize a casual, appointment-free atmosphere.

I've had such great experiences here for tires, been going for over a year now, but this last one was horrid. Put trust in these guys and paid almost $800 for a thermostat replacement and now my car is messed up and having to be sent to the dealership. So extremely disappointed, but I definitely see the difference in shops. I'll stick with the dealership for parts and repairs like this from now on after this experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Tire Choice during my recent oil change. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. They got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was fully inspected before I left. The service was fast, affordable, and done right the first time. I really appreciated how the staff took the time to answer my questions and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services — just honest, quality work. My car is running smoother than ever, and I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change and other maintenance needs. Highly recommend Tire Choice for anyone looking for reliable, professional auto care!

Complete bait-and-switch. I looked up tires for my son's car on the main website. Chosen tires in his size for his car were Continental PureContact LS in 225/45R17. Lists on the national website for $153.99 each. Reserved them and scheduled an appointment 3 days later. When we got there, the manager (Elijah) said he didn't stock those tires at all, would need to order them, and the price on the website was wrong and they were $100/tire MORE expensive ($400 more in total ABOVE the quoted price). Told him this was unacceptable and showed him the national website. When asked if he would honor the advertised price, he said No. I was met with a shrug and "Well, there's nothing I can do." Needless to say, I did NOT buy those tires. Will not be back for any reason.

I will never use Tire Choice again for the following reasons: I was sold the highest price oil change without being given the lower priced options. I didn’t know there were cheaper options until later when I did some research. The guy who did this was decidedly unhelpful starting with the unwanted and unasked for up charge and ending with his refusal to give me an update when I was concerned the car wouldn’t be ready in time for me to pick up my daughter. I asked him if he could tell me how much longer…5 minutes? 30 minutes? He said, “I don’t give time estimates. It’s in the shop. It’ll be done when it’s done.” Then he left. Other people in the waiting room commented on the terrible customer service. When the car was finally ready, I had to leave quickly and didn’t notice the greases stain on the leather interior of my driver side door. I assume it was left by the mechanic? All in all a terrible experience from start to finish. Will not be returning. Will not be recommending to anyone else.
