I originally went to get an oil change and tire rotation at 3pm. The staff waited until closing to inform me they’re having were having a problem with my car. They kept my car for 4 days and had the nerve to still charge me, smh never again.

Mechanic here is useless. Charged nearly $700 in two years for my front brakes and rotors and my car is still stuttering when I brake and squeaking at the every stop I come to. The last rotor/brake change put me in the hole. Go somewhere else for complicated work. The best they can do is repair tires and oil changes at this one.

I had a flat tire the other night and found that out when I was trying to fill it up at the local Wawa, but nothing was happening to inflate it. I took it to Tire Choice, which isn’t too far away and, thankfully, they had a replacement tire in stock. It was about 45 minutes from start to finish and I was so relieved to have an easy experience after the unexpected inconvenience of having a flat tire.

I came to this shop three separate times for a state inspection a never received one. The first time, I called ahead and they said they only take walk ins, so I walk in and ask for an inspection and they say they’re full for the day, but there were only about three cars outside and it was around noon. The second time, I came on a Sunday and was turned down because they “don’t do inspections on Sundays” which wasn’t posted anywhere online or in the store. The third time, I came earlier around 8 am and was told that they were booked for state inspections that day. Again, there were probably only five cars outside and one customer inside. I didn’t bother questioning the workers how they were booked for walk ins with nobody there, so I went elsewhere.

Pros: initially going into the shop, I thought that I had issues with my transmission again And also with my brakes. I was informed that it was the tires and likely also the rotors. I was offered the buy one get one free on the tires and was able to have them replaced and my vehicle is driving much more smoothly. Cons: at one point during my two hour wait I overheard the mechanics in the back, making fun of women referring to them as “ditzy” when it comes to managing their vehicles. They mentioned that women have an “I’m just a girl“ mentality. (For better understanding, I was the only woman and customer at the establishment at this time so I presumed that these remarks were directed at me.) They did not seem to be aware that they had left the door open and then they were loud enough for me to hear what was being said. When I first entered the establishment, I was told that I needed to give my keys to the mechanic. I inquired at whether there was more that I would need to do prior to the process beginning and he told me “you just sit there and look pretty“. For any woman looking for a place to take their vehicle to where the staff is trustworthy and respectful, I do not recommend this place. Thanks.

Mounted one tire charge me $30.99 when I got the receipt, it said included mounting bouncing and bounce him lifetime balancing when I ask about why the tire wasn’t balanced or new valve still put in she told me because you just asked to have it mounted well if you’re gonna charge me for something I expect to get it
