Recently had my oil changed here. BEST SERVICE EVER. I talked to Shayna and told her my fun previous oil change story: A while back, a shop had overfilled my oil and almost messed my car up because I was unaware and it started making a growling noise. I took it to the dealer and they drained it, refilled it, ran tests, took it for a drive and sent me on my way. Everything seemed ok but it still made noises now and again a few months after. Shayna told me that it might be best to run a cleaner through it and then refill with the recommended oil - so that's what they did. She explained everything to me in detail so I understood why it would help and what could have been causing the noise. Now my car sounds better and drives better. Paul (GM) was also friendly and personable. He helped me check out and talked to me about the shop. Customer Service gets 100 stars here! I'll be a regular customer now.

Got car back with starter issues. Had to take it back since original problem wasnt fixed. Mentioned twice to fix the start up issue. Got it back original problem finally gone but still had starter issues. Took it elsewhere to get fixed. Issue was coolant sensor related to original issue. Had better luck with previous visits with them and other issues but decided to see what else is out there after this experience.

Horrible customer service I respectfully asked a simple question about a simple service and TJ responded with a horrible attitude. Definitely crooked mechanics here at this shop I have 20 years plus in the business I've never seen or experienced such disrespect ever. Amazes me when horrible owners like this still have any type of business.

0/5 stars. don’t bother. When i took the car in to redeem a coupon in the mail, the guy at the front was rude and honestly seemed irritated that i was even there. He kept questioning why i brought the car in, and didn’t seem to believe anything i told him about the car’s issues. To top it off, the alignment machine apparently would not work for my car, so the whole experience was a complete waste of time. Was hoping to find a good local mechanic, this ain’t it.

Their mail flyer got me in their shop! I was impressed immediately… the gal who helped me was so knowledgeable and efficient! I returned for my repair and was again “wow’ed”. I took my 2015 Kia Optima in because it has been making a tapping noise intermittently and I was not sure what was causing it. My car refused to cooperate and make the noise when the mechanic drove it. Shayna suggested I bring the car back on a day when I could leave it overnight so they could do a cold start. So that's the plan for now. Shayna is super sweet and very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend TJ Crossman Auto repair.

I brought my ‘11 Chevy Equinox to TJ’s to check out that dreaded engine repair light. Dealing with an older car is always stressful—especially when you’re trying to keep it running instead of spending a fortune on something new. What sets TJ’s apart is their reliability and honesty. They got the job done quickly, called when they said they would, and were super friendly and easy to talk to. I also appreciated that they sent photos of the issues, which made it easy to understand what was going on and built a lot of trust. They give you a heads-up on what repairs might be coming down the road, which helps you plan and stay safe—especially during road trip season. I had a persistent "check engine" light that was diagnosed by two shops as being related to the catalytic converter or oxygen sensors. I'd checked reviews before hand and found TJ who also identified the problem as catalytic converter. Shayna (front desk) provided two options to replace the cat - one of which came with an extended warranty which I approved. The cat was replaced but the car didn't run quite right so returned the vehicle. The diagnosis was extensive but eventually uncovered a fouled spark plug and one of the NEW Oxy sensors had also failed. Shayna saw that all the (return) troubleshooting work and replacement parts were covered under warranty. The check engine light is gone and the car runs like new! This shop takes care of customers and perform exceptional work. Highly recommend!
