I had my Navigation System repaired. Customer Service was fine. If a part needs to be ordered I would suggest not seeking repairs during the Holiday season. Parts could be delayed getting to the business address.However, once the part arrived the installation was performed and my system was working properly. It's way too cold outside to not be able to adjust the climate inside the vehicle. Job well done! I was referred by Lexus Dealership in Greensboro.

I brought my car up here to get a speaker fixed and they told me it was chewed wires. They did end up fixing it but in the process messed up my key fob connection. I tried giving them a call and they told me they won’t take responsibility for it. And they want me to pay more money for it to be fixed. Because they think it could be from the mice again. Which is pretty ironic that it worked perfectly fine before hand . But right when they fixed my speaker in there shop that the so called “mice” decided to mess up my key fob connection.
