I ha e left one other negative review on a comoany other than this, the owner is grasping at straws to try and discredit me since I speak the truth. He told my wife that our car had no alternator then proceeded to charge her for a 700 dollar replacement alternator. This of course didn't fix our problem so we had to take it back he had use replace the battery 3 times so he could try to figure out why our car kept dying in the end we ended up taking our car back after waiting for nearly a month. Do yourself a favor and take your car to the dealership instead. Upon getting back my car they asked me to remove my review of their business completely unprofessional. Upon getting are car back the issue was not fixed we ened up taking it into the Honda dealership who diagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning chip in the door. Vacaville auto pro had claimed the issue was the Bluetooth which was wrong and the only reason I update is cause they felt the need to reply. They fixed nothing and in fact gave us back our car with the Bluetooth disconnect believing this would fix the issue, but since the Bluetooth system was fine they broke something and called is a fix. Lol keep up the great work! :D

Decent price, but awful communication. Dropped off the car for a starter issue on Friday, they told me the cost of the diagnostic but I didn't hear back from them the rest of the day. I called them at the end of the day and they told me they had already ordered a new starter and needed to keep the car over the weekend. Shouldn't they have given me an estimate before ordering a part and scheduling the maintenance? Monday comes, again no call so I call them and they say it's ready to pickup next morning. I show up Tuesday morning and they forgot to prepare the invoice, I had to wait 30 minutes while they tried to call someone to get it. Person at front desk was friendly.

This is one of those rare honest, capable, competent and experienced mechanics that you are really lucky to find. He has helped my boyfriend and I with some pretty significant repairs to our cars. My boyfriend is very knowledgeable about cars and shopped around a lot before finally deciding on using this mechanic, we’ve never been disappointed and furthermore we’ve saved a ton of money. If you need an honest person to take good care of your car look no further.

Been getting my oil changed here for years. Just came by for another, and asked them to look at the bottom of my car. Bottom cover was loose, makes obnoxious noise. They ziptied it up for me, and showed me what was going on with it, got my oil change done, and I was out in under an hour. Professional, helpful, informative, and friendly. Highly recommend this place! Also recommend calling ahead of time rather than walk-in

Truly the absolute best auto repair experience I have had, period. This was the closest garage, but turned out to be a really great one. Alternator repair done on zero notice in just a few hours, for a great price. - - - We were moving up north from SF when the battery light on our 2006 Honda Pilot came on. After 15 years, the alternator had finally decided to fail at 6:45am, just as we are leaving the city, with two bikes on the back rack and our car full of bags. Great. So, we pull into the nearest garage, which happens to be Vacaville Autopro, and call the listed number. It goes through to the owner, who is clearly still at home having coffee, but promises to get in to meet us within an hour. When he comes, he even offers to let us take his own personal car as a loaner! Above and beyond service. Apparently our alternator is completely rusted on from the salt air, so he spends 3 hours soaking the bolts at no extra charge above the estimate, puts a new alternator on (and not cheap junk, he sells us a high quality part for about the same as the listed Autozone price!). We are back on our way in just a few hours (and would have been way faster had the bolts not been rusted) and the car is back running great. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and next time I have issues in the San Fran, I may even make the trip out to Vacaville to come back.

Excellent service! Fast, quality service and uses high quality parts and at an unbeatable price! Owner and technicians have a high level expertise. I know cars pretty well especially my own car. I requested a specific brand of parts be used for the job that I know is high quality. The owner is very knowledgeable, especially of Lexus/Toyota vehicles. I brought my Lexus in to have the timing belt and water pump replaced for preventative/scheduled maintenance. It’s a big job due to having to disassemble the front of the engine. With the backlog of cars there for maintenance, I really expected to have to wait at least a day to get my car back. But much to my surprise, my car was ready it just a few hours. The shop even replaced the thermostat as a courtesy at no additional cost! I wanted a very specific brand of parts to be used that I already knew were high quality. This shop already had the parts on hand from that brand. After chatting with the owner, I actually learned a couple of things which validated the commitment to excellent service! I 100% recommend this shop and I will definitely return for maintenance in the future. Amazing!

They did a awful job. They broke off bolts in the brand new heads, stretched wring harnesses, let coolant get into the block, They cross threaded the bolt on the intake manifold. They basically ruined my motor and cost me thousands of dollars in further repairs. There excuses are week and skill level is poor. I would not recommend this place at all.

Got my oil change done and Vishan noticed a leak on my coolant hose. He told me whenever I have time to come in and take care of it. Fast forward a week I come in for the repair and then my engine light comes on and he was able to figure out it was my fuel pump and got my car part the very next morning and was able to have everything done in a span of 2 days! I was able to get my car back before heading to the airport to pick up my husband. Amazing work!! I got my engine replaced here late 2021 and still amazing work. I am hesitant with mechanics but honestly he's very respectable and gets your stuff done in a timely manner! No BS with prices and very good! Highly recommend for anyone who needs help asap.

Moved from Maui to Vacaville and needed to find a mechanic for my vehicles. Read the reviews and took a chance. Vishan provided Great customer service. Honest and friendly. This will officially be the place to bring all my cars to be fixed. He will let you know the problem first and allow you to make the decision on how to proceed. My yaris ac went out during the summer and they were able to fix it. Summers here is pretty extreme for an island girl. My son's car manifolds were cracked and his recommendation to another mechanic was also friendly and honest. His price was reasonable and was not outrageous in comparison to another mechanic in Lodi who tried to ripped me off because I'm a female. Bottom line. I highly recommend Autopro. 👌

I had a very good experience here! I thought I needed brakes and my engine was running rough. I expected I might have to replace the brakes, but these guys were totally HONEST with me and told me replacement was not needed ( what would have cost me at a dealer?), and they fixed my engine, now I am very happy, and glad to know an honest mechanic shop! They are competent too.
