They called and told me my vehicle was finished and it wasn’t so I lost the rental car. When I went to pick it up, the parts where not on the car right. Then my car broke down not even a day (not 24 hours) after I got my car. Horrible customer service and horrible work!

Worst experience ever. They tried to over charge us. Yes double the deductable and said it was an accident. Alight that was working no longer works. But was told we never touched the car on that side. Got four calls saying the we're getting parts but the day we got the car they said the parts came in that day. Total lies from beginning to end

Never seem to fix it right the first time. I had family take their vehicles here as well. They never get it right the first time. Costing the insurance more money. They guarantee their work but we should expect it to be fixed right the first time.

I took my vehicle to the collision center I’ve been here before for another one of my vehicles a few years ago the manager was rude then and still is ,when I walked in the manager Vicky was talking to what I assume was a coworker about relationship trouble, sex and about a women that is bipolar on what she wants from her man. The manager there is VERY RUDE and standoff she has no customer service skills and she doesn’t even pretend she wants to be at work the day I came to receive my vehicle I asked for a receipt from Vicky she said that I already got one which I replied no I didn’t I just got a copy of the estimate she says of course you don’t have it breathed hard as If it was trouble to right me a receipt gives it to me and storms off I called to make a formal complaint that day around 3pm I was told the owner was out of town and the service manager would give me a call the next day because he was unavailable also I have not received a call I WILL NEVER BE BACK but the receptionist at the dealership front desk was kind and helpful.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the body shop at Van Trow Toyota - Monroe. I was scolded by the body shop manager - Cliff Casey because he stated I wasn't patient enough with him to locate a missing part which should have already been placed on my car on completion. I was contacted by him on Friday to pick my car up but the work wasn't complete. On today - Monday, I let him know that the work wasn't complete. Without apologizing he stated he would locate it. After several hours I hadn't heard from him. I contacted my claims adjuster at State Farm and they called Van Trow. Immediately Cliff Cadey - Van Trow body Mgr called me rudely and told me I didn't give him time. I reminded him that I'm the customer and I've paid for something that's not complete. I asked him who qas the owner of the dealership and he stated he wasn't giving me that information. I also asked him who was his boss. He stated he was the boss. I am still waiting to have the work done even Though State Farm has paid the body shop. I called to and asked the receptionist to give me the phone no to whom is in charge - she told me she was told not to share that information with me.

Car was in their shop for 2 weeks. They called me on Tuesday to pick it up. Payed my deductible and brought it home. I noticed that the tail light was loose and they did not replace a tire that was stated in the claim. Brought it back. They gave me a rental. Most of my damage was undercarriage. I asked them to place it on the lift so I could see what was repaired. The tail light was still loose. There were missing screws and securing plugs that hold the covers on. They placed part of the old bumper back on the car instead of replacing. Left it with them again. Kept the rental. Went back the next day. Took the car home and noticed the bumper part that was replaced was the wrong color. So I took it back. They said it came pre painted that way. Don’t want to hear anymore excuses at this point. Car still in there shop. Don’t think I will return for repairs. Never had this much trouble.
