After contacting every Toyota dealership from Clovis to Valencia my husband and I drive 2+ hours to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE from Ventura Toyota. Upon arriving the Sales Manager made sure to greet us which was nice since most times they work more behind the scenes. We had the pleasure of working with Jim from sales who was not only professional but friendly as well. Jim really worked hard to make sure we got a fair price that worked within our budget for the car we wanted. Anna in financing was also very professional and absolutely delightful to work with, she did a great job explaining all the "terms of agreement" with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. As a whole the dealership really checked off all the boxes for us during our car buying experience. Everyone was very professional and personable and definitely worked as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I am so grateful to Eddie in Sales at Ventura Toyota who patiently walked me through restoring my phone’s ability to play audio !!! I had my old landline in one hand and the other following his guidance w my cell which is paired to the Rav 4 we bought at Ventura Toyota in April 2023. I visited several dealerships looking for a very specific car with certain features, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. At one point, another dealership even tried to sell me a lower model for more than the higher model I actually wanted. When I went to Ventura Toyota, Eddie was able to quickly locate the exact car I had been searching for. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Eddie was also very patient with my elderly grandfather, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made everything simple and stress-free. One of the best parts was that there were no outrageous markups on the car like I saw at other dealerships. When the car arrived we did a test drive and he went over so many thing about the car, he stayed until closing to help me finish the paperwork, set up my phone, and walk me through all the tech features. The next day he even checked in to make sure everything was going well and reminded me I could contact him anytime if I needed help. Eddie truly went above and beyond, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. When it’s time for my next car, I will absolutely be coming back to Ventura Toyota and asking for Eddie.
