BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU! My wife brought her car in with 15,000 mi on it. They convinced her she needed an engine flush on a brand new car. 4 months later I was looking over the receipt and noticed that they double charged her for an oil change, charging for two oil filters and 9 quarts of oil in a car that has an oil capacity of only 4.9 quarts, for a total oil change bill of $230. We brought the receipt in to them to show them the mistake and instead of being honest and owning up to it, the manager Ricardo told us that to use the oil flush they have to do two oil changes. He noted, they drain the oil, add the oil flush and a new filter, let the engine idle for 15 minutes inside their shop, and then perform a second oil change discarding both the new filter and the new oil. This is blatantly untrue as it would be unsafe to allow cars to idle inside their shop and it also does not match the instructions on the bottle which note to add the engine flush to the existing used oil. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the manager chose to lie to us. I find this so blatantly disrespectful and cannot recommend strongly enough that folks avoid this shop. Taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge in automotive maintenance should be a crime. They had the chance to make it right and instead chose to continue to lie.

Ricardo! My man! Super great customer service. I have no clue why someone left a horrible review on this man prior. He apparently couldn’t do math and possibly has had a failed marriage because he doesn’t know 2+2 is 4. I really appreciate your kind words today and being thorough with my wife’s vehicle. Honestly, I was first drawn there years ago by blower option on hand-held bays to help me clean brake dust from my Brembos that no other self-served had near my home and discovered the friendliness and professionalism of staff working there. I have noticed an increase in routine thoroughness in covering vital car systems of my car and communication between staff on rare occasion more than 1 service technician can work on my car thereby helping each other more. This Victory Lane (Plymouth rd location) is one of few places I trust to help me take care of my car(s) and keep my family, passengers and me feeling safer while I'm driving.
