Just calling around to ask a question about my vehicle, I didn't even get to do that. I realize I was calling close to closing but I am new to the area and just wanted to get an idea of the shops in the area. Terrible representation of customer service, answered the phone "Hello? what do you want?" (didn't even say the name of the shop I had to ask if I had the right number) then wouldn't let me ask a question just said I could bring it in, in the next few days. No thanks.

My car didn't start after getting gas. We didn't even know this auto place-Vochos was next door to the gas station. The gas attendant told us to ask them for help. The mechanic came out and helped us. It was a quick fix (cleaned the battery terminal). Next time we have any car issues, we are going here! Thanks for helping us out!

Many experiences with Vochos, all just great. David and his wife run the Lents neighborhood shop. Pros: David's a skilled mechanic, reliable and fairly-priced. Cons: Its a small shop that's due for a few improvements. And he gets busy so there may be a wait. Still theyre my first choice for scheduled service and maintenance.

I've been taking my vehicles to Vocho's for 2 years. At first we chose them because they are just a few blocks from home - but now I'm a dedicated customer and I would drive across town for these guys. I own two cars - one that is 5 years old and one that is 10 years old. I'm happy with the service, the transparency, speed, and quality. I have a high degree of trust in their team and they have delivered well for me and my friends again and again.

Dave and them at Vocho's do some awesome work. I have gone to them for an engine rebuild for my wife's 97 Camry and more recently to rebuild the engine in my 91 D21. As well as smaller things such as U joints and diagnostics. They are friendly and fair priced. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good mechanic. They do not have a waiting room and typically need to schedule repairs at least a week in advance.

This place is the best! I have never encountered such professionalism and courteous treatment in a car shop before. David is very knowledgable on VW thus the name, which I will not explain, and any other car you may have trouble with. David has been taking care of my brother's cars for years and now he kindly took care of mine. He is honest and very reliable and the people he has working with him are awesome as well. Don't understand the review about the phone call, because they go above and beyond with their professional service (how can you post a review without even getting there? just on a phone call? get a life...). I highly recommend this place anytime your car has issues. If you expect professionalism, courtesy and the work done, David's Vocho's Auto Repair is the way to go! I will recommend this place to anyone having any trouble with their car! thank you David!

I have been going to Vocho's for about 7 years. It can be SO hard to find a good mechanic, I feel blessed to have found David and his team. I stumbled into this shop because my car broke down and the tow truck that picked it up recommend this place. I was a young woman in my early 20s and yet not even once did I get taken advantage of in services, pricing nor did I ever get "creepy" vibes from the workers. I cannot recommend David (the owner) and his mechanics enough. 7 years later I am still a faithful customer and I recommend them to any one that asks for quality, honesty and transparency.

He’s lives and breathes VW’s, but is a master of all cars. He’s the best and most humble worker. He is realistic on deadlines and does not overcharge. He constantly has cars coming in and out, so sometimes the wait is 2 weeks but it’s worth it. Most times he’s able to take our car in within the week. These guys are friendly and helpful. I feel there attention to customers is a welcome experience. They are prompt about greeting customers and trying to meet their needs. The prices are fair for new and used tires. I have only had positive experiences with each visit I have made to this tire shop. I recommend if you are in need of a fast tire replacement or looking for new tires all around come see these guys in the southeast.
