Came here today on Easter Sunday because I caught a flat and everywhere else was closed. Was expecting the worse because I had seen nothing but bad reviews but I needed my tire fixed asap. Was in and out in less than 35 minutes with no issues. It was quick and affordable . I guess it's true when they say most ppl who leave reviews are the dissatisfied customers

Waited 20mins when I got told service stopped when it was 5pm and there was no car behind me at the time, what's the deal with opening til 7pm then? As for the cherry on top the guy who told me they stopped giving service glanced at my car for 2 seconds then walked off, idk who let their employees acting that disrespectful but no surprise coming from Walmart

Absolutely love the size and selection of this auto center. You can actually see a selection of tires before purchase and feel comfortable with what you buy. You can also see the variety of car batteries as well. This is a first come first serve center. I found it to be less crowded in the morning on week days at 0700. Staff was friendly. GREAT Job Auto Care Center!

Ok,ok, so I went in to get a key need change, the young man was very very rude 😡 was not friendly at all, but after asking to see the store manager he changed his attitude, but in my opinion he shouldn't of had a attitude in the 1st place 🤦🏽♀️wow good customer service is hard to find nowadays come on Walmart work a little more with the ppl u higher

No customer service skills. The guy with the tablet pointed me to the mechanic for air in my tires. As I stood there at the entrance to the bay waiting for someone to acknowledge me which was about 4-5 minutes, I then told the mechanic that I was trying to get air he replied well I can’t put air in your tires all the way from here. I then said well I can move my car to the bay I only need one tire Aired. He then said well that’s the guy with the tablets job to help you with that. I would have to stop working on a “paying customer” to do that. I then said well it’s okay I’ll go somewhere else. And proceeded to 5 minute oil change. This is not a way to start the morning. I am a loyal Walmart “paying customer”. So this is disappointing. The least you guys can do is acknowledge a customer and give some kind of feedback when waiting to be assisted I can respect that more. But this mechanic and the tablet person lack customer service skills. Not only was I not helped they acted as if I spoke a foreign language and I speak English very well. So do better.

I had an appointment for 5pm, I arrived at 4:35 and I told the counter person that I was there for an appointment, looking directly at him the whole time. He rudely asked me if I was talking to him or my phone. I said I was talking to him. I guess he couldn’t be bothered to look at me, the customer while I was speaking to him, so that’s why he was clueless. They just started to pull in my vehicle at 5:15, even though I had an appointment. I’m still waiting and it’s 5:55……….

After an Ipad kid couldn't use an Ipad (which is weird) and checked me inn, he handled the ipad to me, and then to another co worker. Well after 20 mins of nonsense, the white kid offers me an expensive tire without even checking in the back if they had the regular ones. So I told him to check and he comes back telling me they have a cheaper one for 130$ total (the expensive tire was 118$). Anyway I tell them yes and after other 10 mins he tells me they can't change me the tire because they don't have the right tool. So after wasting my time they made drive away with the flat tire.

Husband and I have been here for an hour and half and our car “was next”. Our car has been on the lift for an hour, so my husband went to ask and they said, “it just got started working on.” Don’t waste your time here or make sure you have NO OTHER plans because you will be late or miss it all together. Also heard one guy giggle and say something about making $96 off of a woman. Don’t go here please. They definitely want to cheap you out of money. My husband and I were supposed to get the $67 tires (all 4), and the price was dang near $400. Update: just got our car done, it is 4:02 PM. They took my husband’s tire valve things (I’m not a car person, I think this is what he said) and there is now a stain on our fabric seats from one of their hands. My husband had to go back in and is now figure out what they did with his tire valve covers. I would give zero stars if possible.

After bringing my car here at 10:20am and an estimated repair time of 90min I sit here after 2 hrs and they still haven’t even moved my car. Absolutely unacceptable- staff is also extremely rude and simply ignores questions! Not the first time I experience that lousy service!

Store was clean but that is the only good thing I can say about it. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get a battery changed. After wandering the store for 45 minutes I went to check and see if it was done. I asked the gentleman at the counter and got a snappy response from the guy. He asked if I had gotten a notification on my phone. I told him no but it had been 45 minutes. His response to that was "Well have you ever changed a battery before?" I did respond "Yes I have many times." There was only one other person in the waiting area when I had arrived at 8:30 am. After I sat down in the waiting area I witnessed him berate a service employee over a piece of paper that had been misplaced. The conversation was just shy of calling employee lazy and stupid. The conversation was all about making his job easier and other employees do more work. In all to change a battery it too 2 1/2 hours to get it done.

Called twice and waited way too long for someone to pick up and then got hung up on both times. I no longer care to get my oil changed for cheaper here if your staff is gonna be rude and disrespectful. Y'all left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak so I'll take my business elsewhere.

It took 3/12 hours for an oil change. They left 1/4 full bottle of oil in my car without saying anything. They called me after 2 hours just to say we don’t have your kind of oil for your car so we will have to charge you 10 dollars more or we can’t do it at all. They almost lost my key to my car. Daniel R. was the technician. Didn’t even apologize. Don’t recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Walmart went in for a oil change super friendly didn’t have to wait long maybe 5 mins they checked me in took my keys handed me the ticket and 30 mins later I was being called to come and get my car and the employees was so sweet they vacuumed my car out for years I been going to Lowe’s blvd and never gotten the same treatment and I always had to wait long periods of time a month ago I went to get an oil change I was there 3 and a half hours just ridiculous definitely coming back here everytime they also helped me when I needed my tire patched and when I got a flat wait time less than 20 mins thank you again ❤️

Ripoff! Ran out of my filter. Had to go on a 45 minute trip to get one at a cost of $17.00. Then, walmart charged me Full Price for the oil change, when I was forced to provide the filter. I had an appointment. They had my car on file.

This location, unfortunately makes me lose my appointment at another place I am supposed to be... the reason: is this person in the picture is the one who took my order, and as a customer service representative he told me it would be 1 hour or maybe less than 1 hour and that work for my time at first, I came like 1 hour 15 min later and I found out they just going for my car to install 4 new tires and I ask the technician how long is going to take? He said like 1 hour or a bit more and that was after I had waited more than 1 hour at ready....😡. Rigo the manager tries to explain the reason for the delay, yes but why say 1 hour or maybe less and make me think I will be ok with my next appointment with this promise of the 1 hour or less? Now I am not going to make it to my next appointment and I did not have 4 new tires in my car...that is very disappointed

I cam on with a faulty battery that was still under its original warranty. The Department was slammed but their Tech Dennis still fit me in to verify my fault and put in the request asap so I wasn't waiting around. Dennis definitely could have justified just having me sit and wait but that extra care meant alot. They will definitely be getting my business again.
