I went to both Walmarts I’ve bought 4 brand new tires last year and I got a screw in one of them I have a warranty on my tires and they didn’t want to change the tire the customer service is very poor and they are very rude there’s no point of having a warranty if I can’t get my tire changed👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

They let my truck leave with a quart of oil low. I watched them check it several times. Said that was what my specs said. Made a note said my small leake was a bad leak I suspect to cover their self

Never frickin again will I ever get my out change here. They didn't put the cap back in when I changed my out and it leaked all out and burned out my engine. Same thing happened to a friend of mine. I recommend u don't go here

People fighting in the middle.of the store. WHILE THEY'RE CHIDLREN were there!! Didn't see management do anything at all. NOT a good experience and had my daughter with me. I never go here and the one time I do.....this is why I don't. Trashy. Where the heck was management??

Wanted a battery put in. Robert told me he couldn't. They weren't busy at all. Went across the street to the Pennzoil oil change place and they put one in for me. They told me that they always get walmarts turnaways. I will never use the walmart tire place again.

I asked them to check my battery his own words he said my battery was fine. I took they’re word for it and my car died again 2 days later. Thanks Walmart!! (Not really)

Refused to put a battery in because they wanted to leave early for the day. I had to get a jump just to make it there only to have the auto center tell me it’s not their problem! I informed them I couldn’t turn my vehicle off until I received a new battery because it wouldn’t start back up, and again, not their problem!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They do a cheap oil change. That's about all I can say. They don't do everything they are supposed to on the checklist that they give you. I've also been told I can get the semi synthetic oil by some staff and then told no by others. They are always good to you when the manager is there.

Lazy. Had to “close early due to being short staffed” meanwhile there’s 6-7 people in there doing absolutely nothing but messing around. I’ll pay extra next time and go elsewhere. Over Walmart entirely at this point. Lazy, rude, understaffed constantly. You guys are declining and declining as a company more and more so you can save a dime. Ridiculous.

Brockway St location put back on stripped lug nuts after they over-tightened and stated they don't carry new lug nuts and its the customer's responsibility to bring them in... Bay Rd location said that is not the case and admitted the State St location has many complaints and issues that they have to remedy. Store manager said he would send gift certificate for my inconvenience and then didn't. Most dishonest workers I've ever dealt with. I won't make the same mistake again, Discount Tire or Bell Tire has always provided professional service!!

if i could give no stars i would! my parents took my car to get new tires on it since my dad physically can no longer do it as he is a mechanic for many years. He was talking to a teenager or younger “boy” that was working there, and letting him know what happened to my rim (I hit a curb) and other stuff to just let the guy know what is wrong with my car. The guy goes off on my father, in front of my mom, and another family waiting for their car with their kids, and starts yelling refusing to work on my car because of my father trying to make it easier and let him know what needs to he done. Not in any way telling him how to do his job just a “hey, I need the four new tires I bought from here put on and some other stuff....” but instead the “boy” treated my father and mother so poorly by screaming at them in public, refusing to work on my car, and saying words I will not repeat on here. We are contacting corporate and taking further action to report this man. The other mechanic’s there were staying out of it which I understand. The manager ended up getting someone to work on my car since the “Boy” refused to do so. The manager not once stepped in to calm the “Boy” as he lost his temper, or stopped him from the language and words he was using. I do not recommend this Walmart auto center, and if you do go here make sure you know who you are talking to!

My technician who was also a manager was extremely patient and helpful with my predicament. I could not find the lug key to remove a flat tire.He answered my gazillion questions while working on other cars while being short staffed! All's well that ends well and I am grateful for the help received in the new year.

I’m Ratting only The ONLINE part Of Walmart…. I waited a lil over a year to make this review. I purchased tires online Mid August 22 an I Must say I’m Surprised. Had them shipped to my house. I bought 33x12.50x18 an I Drive on them Everyday As there on My Daily. Iv put 20thousand miles on them an there just reaching Half tread. Tires have Been good Sturdy.

Not the worst place for tire repair, but could been 10x better. First they wanted to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before I was scheduled to be there because they were "short staffed". But when I arrived, there's only 1 car, 3 workers that where on a "smoke break" and I had to speak a supervisor just so would honor the appointment I made weeks ago. After 4 hours I was over charged by $40 more than I was quoted, and they did not line up the center pieces on my rims.

They improperly jacked up my car and caved in the rocker panels of the car like hacks. The worst part is that Walmart's Insurance claims that there is no way to prove that they caused the damage even after taking pictures of the damage with the auto center's manager and sending Walmart Insurance the photos. I know for a fact that THIS exact Walmart Auto Center caused close to $1k in damages to my vehicle because they were the ONLY place that has jacked/lifted up my car to work on it. Do not go here just because you can save maybe $50 on a set of tires as compared to going to a more professional tire and maintenance shop. That's what I did and now I have a damaged vehicle and no insurance check to fix it. Thanks Walmart.

Waited 45 min in line for oil change. Informed you can make an appointment. So I left and made appointment for next day. Arrived for appointment and they opened 15 min late and stated closed until 11. This is my first time going to Walmart for service and my last visit.

I really don't understand How or why they tell you certain things are by appointment only and you have to call to make an appointment but yet they absolutely never ever EVER answer the phone.It doesn't matter what time I call, how many times I call, what day it is or even what store it is .... they NEVER answer. Somewhere between 10 years ago and now people absolutely obliterated the customer service position, it is becoming more and more rare to find a company who truly has/cares about customer service. Its truly unfortunate.
