I recently needed to replace a small broken clasp on my bumper. I called Wayne's Body Shop because it was relatively close to home and I had heard good things about it. I called and was warmly greeted. The person I talked to suggested that I bring the car in at any time they were open to get an estimate...no appointment needed. I dropped by the next day and met Shawn who immediately looked at my car, told me exactly what was needed and how they would repair it and the total cost. He then told me when to bring it in and roughly how long it would take. I showed up as scheduled and was greeted warmly again and asked if I was going to wait or come back. I said I'd go to the Mill around the corner to wait. I barely got my lunch and sat down when I was notified my car was ready. Such nice people and such awesome customer service.
