Updated Review: Sept 30, 2025 Still waiting for the delivery of the part. Windward Ford has told me repeatedly that delivery of the part is outside of their control. But I just learned they waited almost 3 months before ordering it. They have had my car for close to 5 months. Based on this very frustrating experience, I would give them zero stars if I could. Updated review: Sept 5, 2025 I am still waiting to hear from Ford about the delivery of a part that is under warranty. I am clearly at the bottom of their priority list probably because the replacement is at their cost. I am concerned that they will wait until after the warranty is expired (this month!) so they don’t have to replace it. Windward Ford has had my car since May. Every date they have provided as an ETA for the part to arrive has come and gone with little to no communication. I have to follow up to ask for an update. I cannot emphasize enough how this lack of communication and lack of follow up reflects on how they don’t care about their customers. I did receive an email from their management asking how they can make this right, but when I followed up, no one knows what I am talking about. I think it is an AI bot and there is no sincere effort to support their customers. Extremely disappointed with Windward Ford service and management department.
