There was no wait time and the service was quick. I thought the price was a bit expensive but knowing that other places charge more, $55 seems decent. There's very little parking so I suggest when arriving the shop you park your car at the entrance of the shop.

The only shop I'll trust with my cars. If you want perfection (out at least as close as it gets) this is the place! Prices are reasonable and costumer service is great too but that's just the cherry on top. They are good enough that I make an hour and a half drive to go to them...

First positive review I've ever written, so that should tell you something. Traveling through San Jose towing with a Tundra, started experiencing a rumbling, growling, and clanking noise from my undercarriage getting progessively worse, to where I eventually could only do 10mph without excessive shuddering and clanking. Thought my transmission was toast. Noticed that this place was open, on a Sunday no less, and Patrick worked me in almost immediately. To my relief, he diagnosed the problem as relatively minor, loose and fallen out bolts on the driveshaft mid-support clamp/hanger. Driveshaft was so loose in the middle it was banging around and almost put a hole thru my muffler. Fixed and back on the road in about an hour, at an amazingly reasonable cost, and Patrick stayed past his normal closing time to finish it! Can't thank Patrick enough for this great outcome, and would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I had to smog check on my vehicle and I took it there pretty late (close to 5:30). Even though their folks had left for the day, Patrick sent me over to another smog shop in the same location (unfortunately their machine was broken). I appreciated the fact that he tried to help me out. I came back the next day and was able to get my smog done at Kenny Auto immediately at a very reasonable cost. They also walked me through the process that I needed to do next - which was useful. Its a family owned operation and I will definitely rely on them for any future assistance on my vehicle. Cheers!

Kenny's auto helped fix my car after I had an accident. Insurance wanted to give me a small amount but when Kenny did an estimate he was able to prove the insurance wrong and helped me get my car fixed so all I had to pay was the deductible (which he even helped me with paying a $100 less). Kenny was quick in fixing my car. He was able to finish the body work sooner than expected with all new parts but true to the model and make of my car. The staff in the office is this lady, who is super nice and gives you all the information you need. She's pretty consistent with answering the phone, but if she doesn't the first the second time for sure. Went in for my smog check a few months later. Were quick and efficient. Providing the coupon price without even having one or knowing about the discount.

Do NOT trust this shop. The had my car for 2 yrs (during the pandemic) trying fix a problem that another shop caused (MVM Engine, do not trust them either). Not only did they increase the total price from $6k to $8k but my car was broken into while at their shop, it was towed (I had to take time off work to go get it) and they call me to get the car saying it is ready and when I go to pick it up it's making the exact noise I brought it to them for. The owner didn't get back to me for over 2 weeks about it so I took him to the BAR. I ended up getting my car and money back thanks to them but the shop completely screwed my car. I checked my car myself and found out they didn't put back a performance part I had on (replaced it with a stock one), they lost my engine cover, under carrige skid plate, wheel rim bolt cover, broke another performance part and left it, left bolts and nuts loose, found out my VVT and timing chain where never replaced (original problem) and they broke the bolts to the timing chain guide (I got it on video falling apart) and while driving it a bolt came off the passenger side suspension (cause they changed my axle thinking it was that). It's just crazy how horrible shops are... so untrustworthy.

Patrick replaced the engine in my Acura at a price better than the dealer had quoted. He did a fantastic job, the car runs very smooth and the engine is quieter than before. I would highly recommend his services. Patrick is not the best at providing updates and you need to be patient but I trust his skills as a mechanic.
