Customer service is VERY poor. I have a check engine light on and get repeated warnings that the air flap system is not working. Also the wireless charge pad and Apple play have stopped working. Next available appointment is over 30 days out. I was told to just drive it till the appointment that it is no problem. What kind of dealership is making check engine appointments 30 days out? I may have to drive an hour to next dealership but they have appointment in a couple of days.

Service department charged us $645 to take a video of our engine because we didn't have an oil change receipt between 166,00 miles and 179,000 miles. Then told us we needed a new engine and Kia refused to pay for it though it was under lifetime warranty. Then they proceeded to argue with us because we wanted our car back in running order when we picked it up...we had to pay an additional $140 to have them put it back together! They clearly did not put it back together because there is smoke and oil pouring out of the valve cover gasket!!The worst dealership I have ever experienced in my life! Bought a brand new car and our salesman didn't do the paperwork to get our military rebate. We didnt receive it so I asked him and when confronted he called it an inconvenience. Money we earned and had coming but find out because he didn't do the paperwork we aren't getting now. Not happy will never go back. 14 months later I'm still waiting to receive the rebate.

My mom and I went to purchase a car from here and have had a terrible experience . We were sold a 2020 Hyundai that is now needing 4 new tires not even a MONTH LATER. We have called and tried to come to a resolution, but they are not even willing to help replace the tires even though THEY KNEW that the tires barely passed their “inspection”. Not only have we dealt with rude customers service, I have been hung up on, argued with, and they were also completely unethical and DID NOT tell the truth about multiple things. I am completely and utterly disgusted with the way this is being handle and I DO NOT AT ALL recommend going here to purchase a vehicle.

Shop anywhere else! They agreed to a price, and then started tacking on addl fees. When I decided I didn't want to make the purchase, they wouldn't give me back a 500 deposit I gave for them to hold a car until I could get to the dealership. I ended up completing the sale (again they had my 500) and they buried the title from accounting and the person that's ultimately signs ot. I texted both salesperson and finance and they promised to check, but didn't. Finally 9 days after the sale i got ahold of the title person. She had no knowledge of the transaction. She found it and sent it to me next day. If you want to work with an oversized toddler, then Ben Baker the business manager is your guy. If you want to buy a car from a professional dealership shop anywhere else!!!! By the way. If you are still reading, i did receive three requests for reviews from them, but no followup to close the deal.

I've had a rough patch with my newer Kia not purchased at this location. I've had 3 insurance claims in about 3 months. The gals at the LaPorte location are unmatched in their customer service and collision departments. Brooke in service always makes sure my life isnt interrupted when I have routine maintenance done, and the girls in collision went to battle for me and took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and went above and beyond what they needed to do. Thankful for a location I can trust!

I have had my car serviced multiple times and almost every time, I have to bring it back again because they didn’t install something correctly or all the way. I just had the chrome trim around my windows replaced and they were half glued on. I am incredibly disappointed with the service department and will never buy from witham again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!

My 2022 Kia K5 GT-line infotainment system would not turn on despite our attempts to reset and hard reset so brought it to this dealership. We had thought it needed a software update but find out the head unit needs replaced! They quoted the cost would be over $7000 since it wasn’t covered under warranty. This is not a wear and tear on the vehicle and the car is 3 years old, how the hell does this happen. No warning whatsoever, screen just goes black. I think it’s so convenient for Kia that the warranty ends at 3 years and my car is 3 years old and then get hit with a $7000 charge to replace this head unit. This is such BS. I said I’ll never purchase a Kia again and they didn’t seem to care one bit. So beware of Kias electronics, they’re a joke and if you have to bring it in for a software update it’ll cost you over $200 just for them to do it.

My transmission blew on my Kia and I needed them for a diagnostic. The only reason this got 2 stars is because Brooke was so kind to own up to mistakes The first issue I had was a sales person called me to try and buy my car and then a sales person who stated they had heard from the service department that they had a Kia with a transmission that need replaced, contacted me again and tried to buy my car. It was frustrating to know that they were speaking with one another and just trying to buy my car off me and sell me a new one when I just needed a diagnostic. They quoted me $7000 for a transmission and listed a bunch of things that needed fixed. Brooke owned up and took the $200 diagnostic fee off because she didn’t let us know that there would be one. When I needed it programmed, which only here could do, they reprogrammed the transmission, but then refused to do a pressure test for the test drive because it needed coolant, Which they wanted $185 to do or they wouldn’t test drive my car after the transmission reprogram. Again, they listed out a bunch of things that needed to be fixed, but some of the stuff put on there three weeks ago was not on there and things that past three weeks ago were suddenly bad. My mechanic who put the transmission in called them and spoke to them regarding the coolant and that it wasn’t cool that a service guy called, a salesman called, and that they wouldn’t do the pressure test without $185 coolant. In the end, he managed to call them out considering he looked at everything that needed “replaced” and they only charged me the $20 it took to fill the coolant needed. The Pit Stop in Parkersburg is where you need to go. They stand up for you AND stand behind their work. No mechanic I know would call a dealership out just to stand up for someone.
