Many years ago I had some work done by this repair shop and they did an excellent job so naturally when my car got rear ended I wanted to get it fixed there. I ran into a slight problem when the repairs took longer than anticipated and I needed to go out of town. They gave me a loaner car to use and were so nice about it. They have the best Customer Care I have ever encountered and I will never have any other auto shop do repairs for me.

The best place to have your car repaired. The best people to deal with and Kelly is so knowledgeable he won't settle for low quality parts. It took a little time but that's because the parts he needed were harder to find. My car has never been better ! Thank you to all the crew at A Master Touch !

Wow I went to get a auto body repair estimate I am impressed. Kelly gave me a fair estimate car's these days are not inexpensive to repair. He said I will be glad to do the work. Then he said with the type of dent you have you might be able to save some money with a paint less dent removal repair. Then gave me the contact of a guy who does that work. That's what I call integrity and looking out for the customer. Great place to do business with.

As I was driving down the freeway last week, my seatbelt clip suddenly fell from the car interior onto my shoulder. There was a huge bolt that I couldn’t figure out how to access the head of to screw in. I wasn’t even sure who could help me with this sort of a repair. I called this shop by my house, and they said to swing by. One of the owners came right out to take a look, spent five minutes repairing it for me and didn’t charge me a cent. I’m so grateful for his kindness! You can guess where I’ll go if I need more complicated work done in the future. Thanks so much!

was side swiped last December and the person didn’t leave contact info. Such great service though I have been meaning to leave a glowing review since then. They got my car taken care of quickly and he was able to fix two cracked windows from someone trying to break into my car a few weeks prior, without me paying anything additional. Quick service, incredibly polite, very knowledgeable and explains things clearly, and gave me a ride back to my place after i dropped my car off. They made a pretty upsetting situation as easy as it could be! Will 100% be coming back for any future repairs and have since sent friends there for theirs.

Great work done, very happy with the outcome, but will need to clean. car interior was coated with dust not much care for keeping it clean. Was told that it'd get washed before being sent back but still has plenty of buffing compound and dirt from the outside area the car was kept in.

I cannot recommend this family owned business enough! Kelly went above and beyond what we know today as "customer service." This was my first insurance claim and he went to bat for me with the insurance company and reps. He came to my house to do the estimate on my car. They provided a loaner at no cost to me. They even stayed after hours to get my car finished before they went out of town for a week. As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate the time and attention to detail they provided. Not only that, I didn't even have to deal with the insurance company which is a huge stress relief! My car looks great after they repaired the entire passenger side, front to back. If you're comparing prices and quality of work, the reviews speak volumes. Choose this place!

I submitted photos of my vehicle that needed to be repaired. I received a response back from my email stating that they couldn’t determine by the Photos of the repairs they needed to come to my home. I spoke with the owner and he made arrangements to come to my home. He never showed up so the next day I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would give it the message to him and he would call me to reschedule. He never did call me. I don’t find this company very reliable in responding, especially lying to a new customer as he did. So I went to a different auto body shop and they did an online assessment of the damage of the photos I sent to him and they gave me an amount of what the damage to fix my car. I don’t know why he couldn’t do it it sounds to me. This autobody shop is no good and I would not recommend them to anyone specially, when they can’t keep a promise.

My very brand new car that I love was parked in parking spot and some guy came out of the bar next door and while backing out hit it by turning too sharp. I was pretty upset about it. I was referred to Kelly and Master Touch by a friend who said she had work done there and not only was she impressed, but so was her dad who "knows about cars and can tell the quality". So after checking out a few other shops, I took it to Master Touch, which was a bit out of my way. They handled the whole thing for me, dealt with the insurance guy and repaired it very nice. When I went to pick it up he said the guy had authorized a bumper replacement, but they had already repaired the bumper and painted it at the time so he wrote me back a check for the difference. He could have just kept the extra money but was super honest. I walked away with my car washed and looking brand new again and a check for a couple hundred bucks. Super happy! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My car was scraped and dented along the entire passenger side. Given that it was a 1-year old Acura Integra with pearl white paint then it was a challenge. Kelly did an awesome job. It looks brand new. You cannot even tell there was ever an issue. Kelly is the body shop and paint ‘whisperer’. If you want it done right then you can trust Kelly.

Was clipped back in October and was able to contact A Master Touch. Along with contacting Progressive for insurance coverage they were able to repair and repaint the damage while I was able to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. Escort to and from Enterprise was provided. Had one more minor fix that was needed in the interior and that didn't take up much time.
