I bought a fuel pump from them. Installed it on my truck, but it didn’t fix the problem. Started throwing money at the problem trying to solve the issue. Finally, just decided to tow the truck to an auto repair shop. They call me a few days later and say it’s the fuel pump. They said the fuel pump I installed was faulty. I call Adavanced to tell them the issue and the worker got an attitude and told me that I must have installed it incorrectly. Man, please. How is it possible to install a fuel pump incorrectly? You guys sold me a faulty pump and now I’m screwed out of my money.

I visited this location on April 24th 2021 . I was treated so horribly by a guy name Chris . I came in to purchase a thermostat for my son vehicle . He was rude because I described the thermostat as the long one . Which the vehicle has two thermostats long and short . Instead of just pulling up the picture in the computer. He went back and forth arguing with me about the part. I then asked for someone else to help which a guy name Lynn came to assist . The whole time Lynn is helping me Chris is steady going on about how he was tired of people not knowing what they needed . I didn’t know it was an issue looking up parts in the computer. I won’t go back here . If I spend my money I deserve to be treated with respect . Chris Nolan lacks Customer service .

Larry was very helpful. I’m on a long roadtrip and my change oil light went on. I pulled into the parking lot and Larry came out, checked my oil levels, helped me add a quart and sent me on my way with a recommendation of where to stop. Very lucky and thankful!

It's only a 2 star cause, Milton B wasn't helpful at all. Doesnt seem like he likes his job. Or that he's very knowledgeable at all. I came in to buy led bulbs and because they are $100 bulbs they only have a display box that you have to take to the register! I handed it to Milton and I said I'd like these! He then proceeded to tell me the box is empty. I said yes it is you guys store them behind the register! Idk why i literally had to do his job for him. Smh It was not a very enjoyable experience seems like "men" don't want to help "women"!

The key issue in most establishments is poor customer service, where staff receive no proper training. There seems to be no emphasis on treating customers with respect or maintaining a courteous attitude. In fact, local staff of all ages react with rudeness and frustration at the slightest complaint.Today, I visited a large store at the University Center. I asked for a cabin filter but was given an air filter instead. When I returned to exchange it, the saleswoman, Rumika , displayed extreme irritation, addressing me informally and impatiently asking whether I wanted a refund or an exchange. Despite my calm behavior, she refused to serve me and directed me to another counter. The next person charged me again before handing over the correct item.This experience highlights a troubling trend—customer service is deteriorating everywhere. Employees often reflect their personal issues in their professional interactions, not caring about the company's reputation. With staff like Rumika, businesses can't thrive. Poor customer service is leading to the closure of many long-standing establishments while newer businesses open up.Even after I bought many things including introduction and other later their misbehavior disappointed me a lot.

If you want to see what useless looks like, go this store for a shining example. The workers are lazy and literally there to just fill space instead of doing their jobs. Oreillys is down the street and FAR more competent and helpful. Spend your money there.
