Dan and his team absolutely saved the day for my family & I when our wheel bearing failed amidst a recent road trip. Luckily for us, the closest auto repair shop off I-5 was Advanced Auto Care. Dan, although we are not from the area, your gracious smile and prioritizing getting us in the queue without hesitation was SO appreciated. In fact, the experience actually made us feel like locals, albeit for an afternoon! Within two (yes two!) hours, our vehicle was repaired and road-worthy once again. What's more, the parts & labor costs were very reasonable. A message to all passing motorists and locals alike: if you find yourself in a vehicular bind, look no further than Advanced Auto Care! Most amazing shop. They always give me fair pricing and have amazing customer service. Even the shop guys are super nice, not your typical shop at all. Diana ( Desk person ) is the most cheerful, bright personality that I live for seeing every time I bring my cars in here. The oil changes are the cheapest in town and they are always honest if maintenance is needed. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Honestly I am super new to the area as of two months ago, and this place saved my butt! My car just stalled this morning and would not turn on. After calling around to several other places, they were able to fit me in last minute soothing any stress on my end. A stream of clients continued to come in and out RAVING about this mom and pop shop. It only helped me feel more relieved that they would do a great honest job - and they sure did! I brought my car in to get looked at and they messed my car up even more. My coolant leaks out a whole bunch than it was before. Left pieces in my car that wasn’t from my car and didn’t put all my pieces back on my car battery I don’t think ima pay the diagnosis fee because my car was only having one problem that I knew about. But now it has multiple I’m pissed off I will never ever ever even in desperate times go back to this place.

Took my car here after the dealership and two other shops all said that they couldn’t work on it. I was communicated with clearly, and often. Whenever I had questions they didn’t just rely on descriptions and technical jargon, they took me under the car and *showed* me the issues. I’m not much of a car guy and that can be made to feel quite embarrassing but every question I asked was answered promptly with an explanation that I could understand at my level and at no point did it feel belittling or pandering. Top notch work and top notch service, you’d be a fool to go anywhere else
