Poor customer service, did not properly assess the AC or fix anything still broken and chanted me for nothing. Do not recommend for any services, you’ll be throwing your money away.

I went here for the first time with an overheating issue and the mechanic walked me through what was wrong explained everything in depth and even explained what he was gonna do. After he fixed my highlander he explained what i should do to make sure it doesn’t happen again. He is also really good with hybrids i highly recommend this place and I’ll surely will be going back the next time i have an issue with my car.

My car 2010 mazda 3 s was rejected due to emission problem ,I took it to Allston Auto tech, after they replaced one of the oxygen sensors which was bad ,so i didnt get a check engine again. I'm very satisfied with the service and the quality ,just i recommend it for anybody has emission problem .

I had check engine light indicated I have a knock sensor in my Chevy Suburban after changing the sensor the check engine light wasn't cleared from my dashboard so the problem wasn’t resolved, I tried to resolve this problem going to other mechanic garage with no positive result. One of my friend recommended to me to see one mechanic garage located in Allston MA that may resolve the issue. I went there the guy is not only a ordinary mechanic !!! because he is very knowledgeable on resolving mechanic problem and an expert on electrical engine issues. my problem was solved with a very reasonable price. I recommend this shop for any person needs help with mechanic and electrical engine problems to go see this place .

Helpful guy runs the place. Solved my car problems at less than half dealer estimate. Went back now 2 years later for another car / issue. Took care.of.me and my problem for less then half the dealer.and well worth it. All running as good as can be.

I have a hybrid car that died on me while driving it. I took it to the dealer and they said $5,500 to get it fixed!!! Then Drove by Allston next to where I live and found a sign outside of Allston Auto Tech garage saying “we fix hybrid cars” so I wanted to give them a try. I was amazed! I got it fixed for less than a half of the dealer’s price! It’s been a year and the car is still running great! No issues! Expert in hybrid auto repair!

I took my car last week to Allston Auto Tech to fix my front end noise, and the guy was very helpful, he explained to me and showed me where the noise was! It was the lower control arm that was loose. He quickly fixed for me at a reasonable price! He is the best mechanic in Allston!

I have taken all my work and personal vehicles to Ali at Allston Auto Tech for over 10 years.. I have never been disappointed in the service, diagnosis of problems and quality of the repairs, all at a reasonable and fair price. They perform the work that is needed no matter how complex or basic the issue, and don’t try to “add on” unnecessary items. I can count on Ali to complete the work as promised. I trust Ali with maintaining my 2009 Toyota Camry now with 381k. He knows exactly what needs to be done (and what can wait) and when, to keep the car in great working order.
