As a single woman with a foreign car I was concerned about being ripped off by a mechanic. I did extensive research on the issue I was having before taking it to a mechanic. I told him what my car was doing, but not what I had found, he came to the same diagnostic conclusion. There are other minor issues I'm having, my windshield wiper fluid reservoir is leaking, he didn't try to sell me on that repair he fixed the problem I told him needed to be fixed. Of course I had known how much parts would be, etc...from my research, he charged me a fair price and had it all done within 24 hours. He may seem ruff around the edges, but i highly recommend him! In fact I'm having him replace the reservoir as soon as I can find a cheap one! Great service! First time I've lefta mechanic with a smile.

This young, but older gentleman always keeps it short and sweet; affordable and makes time for a few jokes if you care to hear. Recommend to others frequently. This little jewel of a repair shop is unbeatable due to the particular job you want done, the time-framing is superb in my opinion. Never had to wait for a long line to subside; inspections especially, you get in an out. My go-to shop!

Was recommended this place by several people in town, called spoke to someone about my car, took off work to have them look at it and perhaps get a quote, when my husband got there was basically told they didn't want to track down an electoral problem, this could've been told over the phone and saved me some time. I felt as though they just were not interested in my business. As a person new to this area I would never recommend someone so unhelpful and uncaring. Save yourself some time and don't bother with this place

I was reminded today why Alpha Imports is my go to for car repairs and has been for years. I had my vehicle at a local car dealership for another service and was told I needed front brakes replaced asap. I opted to take it to Alpha Imports the very next day even though I had not seen or heard any signs of the brakes needing replacement. Allen at Alpha Imports contacted me and told me my brakes had at least another 5,000 miles before they needed replacement and he didn't want me to throw my money away on a service that was not needed yet. This is the second time this has happened at Alpha Imports but with a different situation. I always count on him to be honest and up front.
