had been having ongoing issues with check engine light and car sputtering on my CX5 Firestone said I needed a new alternator — I didn’t think that was it. Took it to Angelos and they ran a diagnostic and a couple of codes came up — fuel line and accelerator. They called me next day and said fuel line and throttle sensor needed to be replaced. Got the parts earlier than expected and fixed my car the day after, Jacob called on a Sunday evening and said it was ready. My car is running great no issues driving it up and back from Richmond! The nicest folks to work with — I will be taking my car to them for all my work — special shoutout to Jacob!

Had a 3pm appointment to get my tires balanced at a different tire place not affiliated with Angelo's and they pushed my appointment back. This ended up being a good thing because I decided to call up Angelo's and check their price and availability. When I called the gentleman was super nice and gave me straight forward answers. He told me he had immediate availability and to come on by. I drove there as soon as he said that and had two gentleman come out to service my car. I was there for 15 minutes and it was the best experience I've ever had with any auto shop. The men were quick, attentive to what they were doing, and incredibly kind. And the best part? I saved myself around $5-$10 by going to this shop instead of the other one. Overall today was a good day and I thank Angelo's auto for making it a good one!

I had a screw in my tire. They said come right in. When I got there Jason immediately stopped what he was doing and took care of my tire. Fortunately, the screw had not worked its way into the tire or punctured it and so all that Jason had to do was reassure me that the tire was OK and put the tire back on and he would not accept any payment for his kind and courteous service. They’re the best! We’ve been to them previously for issues like this, and I am thinking this is where I will go when I need to buy new tires

Angelos is always my trusted go-to for any tire questions, concerns, or needs. It has been for years. Service is always fast and done with great care no matter who it is that’s helping. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and willing to assist. I am grateful we have such a solid repair shop in our community. Today, I went in for an issue with one of my tires and Jacob quickly figured out the issue and explained it to me in such simple terms that I was confident in understanding what was happening with my vehicle and what needed to be done. He further explained some of the alarm notifications that my car provides, making sure I understood the whole picture of how the tire, computer, and notification systems work together. While assisting with my vehicle, he was also training another service tech and I could hear his clear and thorough direction to him. Quality training leads to continued and consistent quality service so I really appreciated seeing that part of their process happening while I waited. Overall, great experience as always. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I never even stress when I have a tire issue because I know Angelo’s will take care of it and at a reasonable price!
