Took my car in for an exhaust leak they said it had 2 leaks they said it was fix but it wasn't had to take it somewhere where else to be properly fix when I called to complain about their work he didn't want to hear it all I wanted was an apology I'm very disappointed in yall

Bought a uhaul weeks in advance, get there at 11 place opens well before and there were no employees working and doors locked. No answer on phones. So no possible way to get my uhaul. Ridiculous

If your car has AC issues, Do not take your car to this shop. They do not know what they’re doing even if you explain to them what you want done or what’s wrong in general. They take your money and run with it. Less than a star is what they deserve.

Place is horrible for business. I own a moving company and have tried to rent U-Haul trucks from them multiple times. Every time i have tried to rent a truck from them. It’s a problem. Last time they told me somebody stole their Cadillac converter‘s off the trucks. But failed to let their customers know until they arrived to pick up truck. Which messed my entire day up for moving ! I will never ever use them again and i suggest you guys don’t either

I nearly forgot. You asked why I gave you a one star review? REMEMBER!! you charged me for a repair you NEVER did. ( I still have the reciept). Then you dismissed me saying " no telling when your part will come in, could take months. But we'll call you when they come in" and you still haven't called. It's been MONTHS! Hope you don't play all of your customers like this.

My husband and child were literally stranded here and they did not have tires in stock, My husband was trying to put the spare on with my child outside in the heat next to him and they threatened to call the police on him instead of actually assisting. Disgusting.

I had an awesome experience at Real Deal Auto. They were friendly and so helpful - they answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I needed a fuel pump and tie rods and they were the super reasonably priced - and both were fixed quickly and efficiently. If too many other people start going here, then how they basically do instant drive-up service would be ruined for me. If I could tell you how pleasant of a shop it was to deal with, how they don’t rip-off people, how they’re respectable and professional mechanics, I would. I just fear if I do, they won’t have a bay open for me because everyone else will know *this* is the shop.

Worst place ever went in for a tpm replacement had three working when I brought in left with only two working , my trunk sensor kept opening unlocking my trunk after two and half days came back now my trunk wouldn't open at all plus both my marker lights wouldn't open and the worst part tpm monitors wouldn't register on my computer screen and I had to pay him for the damage he did to my car would never recommend him to any one ripped me off I left his shop with more problems on my car then when I brought it in .

This was the return location for a U-haul rental and it was the worst experience ever. Rick at this location, if that is really his name, was very unprofessional. He was very disrespectful and dismissive. He wouldn’t even take two minutes to do the inspection with me and check the vehicle in, he just took the key and told me he was busy and to leave. And then after I left he charged me a bogus $25 cleaning fee when I have pictures of the back of the truck showing how clean I left it and proof that the hand truck and drop clothes were left in the back. Why, it took my son nearly 30 mins to clean the cab of the truck when we picked it up and so it was far cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. If this man treated me like this I can only imagine how he treats other senior citizens my age. It was despicable. This location needs to be taken off of the U-Haul approved list. I would never ever recommend it.
