Poor, horrible , cracker jack mechanics... Terry told me he could fix my vehicle and to have it towed to him as it would not crank. After paying for towing and keeping my car for 2 weeks Terry calls me to tell me he could not get to it and changed his mind and I'd need to come get it. However the car was around back in the garage. If they did not look at it why was it in the garage ??? Kinda fishy ..... When we went to pick it up terry avoided me and was not even man enough to apologize for the tow fee even after he assured me to have it towed to him. Customer service does not exist here. I had my car towed yet again to Rowlands in Fayette co. He had my vehicle for 1 hour. It was the shifting cable. Part was ordered and it will be on the road by tomorrow. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO AUTOFIX. if you need work done or god forbid any trouble shooting you're better off taking it to Toys'r'us ..... The 1 star was required. Otherwise i give it a zero stars...

Got emission test here.. people were nice and welcoming however it was a little over priced $25 for emission test. Took a little while longer for them to do the test stating they were having problems with communication...but other than that GREAT customer service and great job on getting this done for me thank you guys!

💥💥💥🥳🥳🥳💯 Auto Fixx Fayetteville, Ga. We were reluctant and most definitely blessed😇 to connect with this business (AutoFixx). After searching for months to find us a engine for our 2015 Ford Explorer Sport 3.5 Eco boost dual power turbo. The Jasper Engine Company recommended a listing of professional installers who could get us up and running like new. Being skeptical of how we could find the right one we called every company south of their listing since we stayed 100 miles north of Georgia by passing any business close to us under 30 years of experience. When we called this company the owners wife answer the phone. She was so professional and sweet and very knowledgeable of the Jasper products. She spoke with "I Know My Husband Terry Can Help You." Unfortunately he was busy with another valuable customer and will call you back. Indeed he did right before closing. We spoke about his experience more than the product. Terry firmly explained the policy and procedures. He gave us a quote and delivered. What we like about this company: They will tell you up front 🔊 " you might be required to replace other things for a smooth transition which plays a operating role." He was replacing the heart (engine) and did not want a ♥ heart failure (complications) afterwards. We trusted Him knowing this was not an open check book. He made no promises when this surgery would be completed but did keep us updated. There were impatient moments we experienced but we kept the faith. When we were informed our vehicle was in full recovery. She jumped up like a powerful lightning storm 🌩. He did warn us, "she will fly✈ ." That's why we are recommending you to AutoFixx. Trust them and no you are not losing any 🤑💵 for honest work. 🤗

Professional, honest, and practical. They’ve done maintenance on my cars for 4+ years, and recently saved me from significant future expense by advising me to pass on a used car that I’d brought in for a pre-purchase inspection. He took about 45 minutes, including a road test, and found some issues that made it an easy decision to look for a different car. Only took him 5 minutes to find a problem with another vehicle that made that one a no-go. I’ll definitely continue to deal with Terry!
