What I really love about this business is the honesty and integrity of the employees. The first time I used them I called and was told to bring my car in the next day. After they fixed the problem I had to bring my vehicle back due to a leak and was told to bring it back with no questions asked. They fixed the problem on the same day and didn't charge an arm and a leg! They are truly professional and treat you in a professional manner. They are trustworthy and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle.

After some transmission work, Shift Works recommended these folks for some other work on my 2014 Ford F-150. I recommend Pro Car Care highly. Why? THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE. It is hard to find auto repair shops that are trustworthy, but Derrick was very professional and kept me posted on all the diagnostic work they did for my truck. VERY IMPRESSED!

I have a 20+ year old Jeep with a 4.0 inline 6 engine. I HAD chronic problems with both the AC system and cruise control. I had the vehicle worked on by three different big name car repair shops and none of them could fix the cruise control and the AC system kept leaking. Then I went to Pro Car Care, and they were able to diagnose and fix the both problems cheaper that what I spent on the “none” repairs. I highly recommend.

Hugely impressed with these guys. For starters, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to and work with. No issues at all with standard service type stuff (oil changes, etc) -- which is more than I can say about other places. Far more impressively is how they've handled a drivetrain issue.. they repaired the initial issue (wheel bearing) which a few weeks later shredded itself (no fault of theirs, just a bad part). They repaired the damage caused with no complaint or attempt to charge. Fast forward a few months and seal went bad leaking fluid, and once again they repaired it quickly and without any attempt at charging. They were polite and helpful, and got me in just as quickly as if it were a new/paid issue. Warranty work can be hit or miss, and is a huge opportunity to keep (or lose) customers. These guys nailed it (twice.) If I had one complaint it would be: leave some after hours drop off forms out - they have a key drop but nothing to write on and detail the issue. I always forget to bring something to write on and end up using whatever piece of junk mail I happen to have. Not a big deal, obviously.

I was passing through Fayetteville on business and my car had check engine lights and other warning lights. It was 4:30 on Friday. Based on Google reviews I took a chance and stopped in hoping for some answers. The gentleman I met inside was quick to grab a OBD scanner and checked my car. They were not able to help me on this occasion but it allowed me to work on a plan for repair as I drove 100 miles home. Thanks for being kind and willing to help!

I came here based on the good reviews as my car was overheating. I already had a good assumption of what was going to be repaired on my vehicle and the price I would most likely pay for it. Jay, who I communicated with at Pro Car Care, confirmed my assumptions and was spot on with the pricing. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were actually done before I was ready to pick my vehicle back up, even with all the supply constraints going on around the nation concerning parts and other things.They did additional tests on my vehicle to make sure nothing else was damaged besides the initial problem. This business is professional, trustworthy and does quality work. I would definitely recommend.

I experienced EXCELLENT service today at Pro Care Inc... I brought my 2018 Mercedes in for service and also to have the Alternator checked as I was recently informed by dealer that alternator and spark plugs were needed for my vehicle which as 30,000 miles. They also quoted me an erroneous repair price of $3,000.00 Thank God for Pro Car Care, Inc. for providing excellent customer service, excellent quality and HONEST and FAIR Pricing... They work on my 2013. Volkswagen beetle convertible. They pit parts on my car, didn't need it. Cause my car was doing the same thing after they finish i went to the dealership. And they say you got ripped off. I will never ever go back to this place again. And they went honest with me. This is a money pit
