Me cobraron 460$ por hacer servicio a los inyectores a mi Honda Civic 2008. También necesitaba que arreglara mi aire acondicionado dijo que estaba funcionando pero no es así. Lo cual fue bueno porque si no me hubiese cobrado 1000. Hazte un favor y busca otro sitio para reparar tu vehículo NO VENGAS A ESTE LUGAR.

GREAT!!!! My only concern was, the found the part I needed to make my car work. But it had a two year warranty that I could only use with them. That's unfortunate for me because I live in another state. Other than that. This place was awesome!!! Thanks for everything guys.

Re-post Truck went in for simple engine diagnostics.. They wouldn't return phone calls kept truck for over 14 days still couldn't diagnose but wanted over $500 for nothing.. Fransisco was of no help.. When picked truck up wipers, heater blower motor no longer operated..A check engine light was on as well as e brake light and abs light on.. overdrive no longer worked on trans..So with that said..Use at own risk..

I was referred by the Emissions station down the street because I had a couple code violations. My car isn't in bad shape at all, they quickly charge a high fee to look at the car, they started focusing on irrelevant things, gave me a high estimate with no details on what's my true issues are, I quickly took it to Merlin's down the street to be fixed. Basically they were about to take me for a financial ride. The estimate said $1,500 to $2,000 to repair something, nothing specific.

Would not recommend. I dropped my car off because my check engine light came on just to get it looked at. They charged me $130 for a "diagnostic" even they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and only looked at it for max ten minutes. And I had to call repeatedly to get them to actually look at it. Every time I called they said the mechanic was looking at it and they would call me back shortly. Never did.

For 3 weeks I was getting the runaround from a local dealership about repairing my son's key fob. After 2 appointments, I was told twice by the dealership that it would cost me $179 for a diagnostic and an additional $500 just to get the electrician to "take a look". Neither ever happened and gladly didn't spend any money. I then took the car to JB FULL SERVICE AUTO REPAIR FAYETTEVILLE one morning, after New Year's Day, at 8:30 without an appointment. Natalia was able to help me right away and within 4 hours received a new key fob programmed to the vehicle and I spent less than the dealership quoted me. Quick, honest and great quality customer service! JB will definitely be my new local auto service and repair go- to from now on! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Believe the reviews when they say don’t go to this place. I decided to try but will forever go to dealership from here on out. Sad that you pay your money for answers yet $160 dollars later still guessing at what the issue is. Got quoted over a $1000 to change 8 spark plugs and wires. That was a guess as to if that will fix the issue. No guarantees or warranty but for about $3900.00 after changing every component then you will guarantee. So possibly only 1 of the many components can be the issue. You can not listen to the few bad reviews if you want, but I wish I woulda. I always try to give people a chance regardless of what others may have went through because there are always 2 sides to a story. Only reason I’m writing this review is due to the fact you should have just allowed me to pay the fee and go about my way. Instead you’re gonna tell me what another shop won’t do. I was being lazy and decided to try out the LOCAL shop instead of driving to the dealer in another county. Maybe I will try another one day but this one will never get another dollar of mines. Who charges $1760.00 for a inspection and diagnostic fee.
