I have taken our VW and Mazda to A&H for expert repairs and service for years. My Ford truck had charging issues and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. They are the best all around!

I brought my 2011 Civic to A&H for a drive belt and coolant service. I appreciate the honesty of Greg. A Honda dealership, which I won’t name, informed me that it’s time for the 100,000 miles maintenance service which they said includes changing the drive belt and coolant and the water pump even though there was nothing wrong with my water pump. The estimated cost at the Honda dealership was almost almost over $700. So I saw an A&H ad in one of those coupon books that comes in the mail and saw that A&H are specialist repairing Hondas and Acuras so gave them a call and talked to Greg. I told him that I need the 100,000 mile service and he recommended that unless the water pump was leaking, he wouldn’t recommend only changing drive belt and the coolant. The total drive out price was 1/3 less what I would’ve paid at the Honda dealership in south Fulton which I won’t name. Honesty, a good repair reputation and cost are important factors I consider when choosing an auto repair business. A & H prices are fair and the service is good. Keep up the good work A&H!

Update 10/28/19 I continue to come here due to the customer service and the transparency that Greg gives. He’s very knowledgeable of the auto world. I was having some issues are my engine was replaced. Each and every time I called Greg first response was “bring it in”. Each time the issue was fixed. In the mist of my issues I had to get and oil change and wheel barring. Which the cost was very reasonable. This is MY repair shop. My husband had to get a car and guess what this will be his repair shop now too. April 2019 When I say OUTSTANDING customer service and work, there is NO other establishment I will take my vehicles too. I had my 2006 MDX towed to the facility due to stalling out on the freeway. When I called and advised of my issue with my check engine light came on, of course I was asked several questions to assist with diagnosis. As, a few days went on it came back I need my engine replaced. Yes, I was given several options with detail information from Greg; he allowed me to process everything before making a decision. I made the decision to go ahead and replace it, with that being said that meant another few days without a car. Long story short, Greg provided OUTSTANDING customer service and work, he walked me through every step, provided detail information, allowed to me call and asked any questions. There were times when we stayed on the phone more than 10 minutes or he called me while he was on vacation. This means a whole lot, you do not get this treatment anywhere. Just a relief to know that you will not be taken for granted of, especially as a female, and investing in so much money.

I love this place! Greg has been taking care of my cars for over 6 years now. I have a jeep and a Nissan and they take great care of them. They provide quality work and it is always completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend A and H Specialist of GA to all my friends and family!

I took my Acura in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few other minor service items. I've taken my car to the same dealer since I bought it and while I mostly had decent service experiences there, I knew I was paying a lot more than I probably should be. Once I moved to Fayetteville, I decided to try Acura and Honda Specialist and was very pleased with the service. Greg and Crystal were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting my car inspected and the services I needed completed in a timely fashion even as a walk in. They didn't try to talk me into getting extra, costly services which happens at most service places I've been to in the past. I will definitely be a return customer.

An amazing experience!! The front desk girl, crystal is so friendly and knowledgeable. She was really good at explaining to me what was wrong with my car. Greg and his staff had my car fixed in a very timely manner! I also wanted to mention that they work on any car not just Acura or Honda. Very affordable!

I’ve been to plenty of mechanics for my Acura ZDX and A&H in Fayetteville, GA is my spot! I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years for various reasons and they have never disappointed. I’ve recently had my oil changed and I was reminded of how knowledgeable the mechanics are here. I’ve never done a review before, but I just want to give a huge shout out to Greg and staff at A&H! They have proven to be experienced and knowledgeable mechanics. They have always gone the extra mile to keep me informed of their findings and the progress of my vehicle. I’ve spoken to Greg plenty of times and he has always been forthcoming, kind, and honest. I so appreciate finding A & H and Greg Fugate. My first experience was minor - just an alignment to my old Ford Taurus. While I was there, I got a quote from Greg about doing a timing belt change on my old Tundra (I only have old vehicles ; >). Greg gave me an education about what Toyota recommendations were and so I returned with confidence to get that done. Another pleasant experience. Greg always includes his diagnosis and recommendations for future service on the invoice. I will continue to rely on his expertise and honesty. Thanks, Greg!

Greg and his team keep my Accord in tip-top shape. I recently took it in for a knocking sound when I turned the wheel and while they had it, Greg suggested a diagnostic check as well. I bought the car from a family member, and routine maintenance had not been performed in quite a while. While there was a pretty long list of items that needed attention (in addition to the knocking in the wheels), Greg explained what was needed most, and some things that could be put on the back-burner for a bit, but with regular maintenance, the car should last a very long time. I know Greg to be a very honest businessman, and I trust A&H impeccably. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. 2019 - Update ... the Honda I had that should have lasted a long time was totaled due to a hit and run so I have had a Mustang for a little over a year. So when I had an issue with it, I took it to A&H. My car had been plagued by a mysterious issue wherein it would start making a loud whining sound and then shut down. Luckily it is a 6-speed so I would be able to coast to the side of the road to restart, which, most of the time, it restarted immediately. It was very random and no predicting when it would happen. Even tho they had to keep it a few days until it shut down for them, they stuck with it and found the issue and made the repair. If you need to have your car worked on, do yourself a favor and take it to Greg and his crew. They work on all makes and models and are top-notch!

Greg and Matt were very professional, and knowledgeable. I Purchased my Acura a month ago today and I took it to greg because something felt funny while I was driving and upon taking it to his shop They did a complete Check up of my overall car and found a lot of repairs that needed to be made they were honest in their findings and corrected all the issues and I’m so satisfied and reassured that I am driving a safe car. I took my 4Runner to Greg and team at A&H for a timing belt service and to have some new shocks installed. A&H came highly recommended from a close friend and I was not disappointed. The pricing was better than any dealership I called, and speaking to Greg directly about any of the questions I had about the process was super easy. This is not your typical shop that takes advantage of people; these guys are the real deal and I'll happily recommend them to family and friends.

My service was for repair to my car following the theft of the car's catalytic converter. The repair was done in the usual excellent and professional way A & H does business. Because the damage to my car was as a result of a theft, I filed a claim with my insurance company. Greg's amazing persistence and determination in working with my reluctant insurance company to ensure that my claim was paid to the fullest extent possible went well beyond what was either expected or required of him. Follow up review. Initial review was a 5. And then I posted again because no one returned my calls over a 10 day period when I wanted to report that the repair only lasted 5 days. Update- This morning there was a voicemail on my phone from A&H. They had phone system and personnel issues and changes last month and my messages and calls fell through the cracks. I have been away for a while but the message explaining the issue was on my phone when I returned and I will reach out. So glad that they weren’t ghosting me and ignoring my calls. So fingers crossed.
