Call and ask the technician about having front and rear brakes done on my vehicle. Because I asked him why did he sound uncertain about the cost, he talked me, a potential customer, after giving me an estimate figure and asked me stating, “why was I whining about that?” If he didn’t have any sensitivity on how to talk to a potential customer, I can imagine how well he will stand by his work.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago
