J & M Auto did a fantastic job on repairing my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. I had multiple problems with oil and transmission fluid leaks. J & M is the only place I will take my family's 3ea vehicles for repairs. Owner, Keith White and Jessie Mack, master mechanic, are very friendly and easy to work with. Prices are reasonable.

Did I not post this again? J&M just did some small repairs for me on short notice, slipped me into their schedule, did it quickly, and charged me a very fair price. I'm grateful to have good, reliable, auto service. The more important, though older, posts are below: (Looks like I wrote this a year or two ago, but didn't post it. Now I'll add that J&M just put on new tires and fixed some undercarriage issues. I appreciate their good work and fair prices.) J&M just did a clutch replacement that, it turns out, corrected a previous clutch job poorly done by another local shop. They took in my car towed on short notice, did the repair in good time, adjusted the price to "ease the pain" of unexpected repair, and (most important) did a good job. They previously did a brake job for me, also well done. They give good advice and recommendations, and reliable repairs at a good price. I moved to this area about 3 years ago, and one of the important things to find in a new place is a good auto mechanic. A neighbor who grew up here recommended J&M, and I'm grateful for that.

My vehicle has been serviced, exclusively, by my friends at J & M Automotive Service since purchased new in 2006. It has accumulated 135,000 miles and still runs and performs almost like new! J&M are fantastic!! My 2012 Honda Pilot was having issues while driving. The vehicle wouldn’t engage in reverse and at times would slow down and speed up while driving. The issue turned out to be the alternator. Spoke to Keith, who set up an inspection, which confirmed that the alternator was on its last legs. I was given a quote, which was more reasonable than the other shops in the area that I had called. J&M finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, fixing the car without any issues. I appreciate the time Keith put in helping me and in the shop doing such a great job!! J&M has a new lifetime customer. Thank You!!

We were in Fayetteville heading to Marietta to check on a sick friend. Our car started running hot, so I got on my phone and found the closet auto shop to our location. We finally got there after stopping several times to let the engine cool down. Jessie checked the car and found that our worst fear was only a minor issue...the coolant was extremely low. He refilled it and got us back on the road. Thanks so much for helping us in our time of need! We'll be back when we need more car work done.

The dealership told me I needed to get a new engine for my 2015 chevy cruze. The car had an oil leak and i think they just didn't want to fix it. If you're a cruze owner you know those things can come with a ton of maintenance over time. My wife and I weren't ready to part with the car yet so i took it to several places to get opinions on where the leak was actually coming from and how we could get it fixed because replacing the entire engine couldn't be the only solution. Plus, i'd rather buy a new car then put a new engine in the cruze. After a few shops we actually got recommended to come to J&M. Mechanics can be difficult to work with because it's hard to find one you can trust. They did the entire diagnosis process in front of me and talked with me as they inspected the leaks. Keith and the guys there found the leak quickly, and were able to fix it. These guys have impeccable turn around time for repairs. They cleaned the entire engine off as well which we're really happy about. I'd definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're having any issues. Real down to earth people.

This is THEE PLACE. Very professional staff along with great prices. However, at the end of the day, the problems I was having with my car were fixed. They are able to do electrical, engine or any other slight maitenance work. The owner is very generous and honest about the condition of your car and how to fix the issue. I highly recommend this auto service shop, you will not regret it! I know God is sending customer's and blessings through those doors because they do honest work! Please check them out!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was in Fayetteville from Nashville, renovating my daughter's home. On the day I had to leave to come back home, my fuel pump went out. Keith had been really good to my daughter when her vehicle had issues. He extended that same goodness to me. I push 3 things hard in my own business. 1. Treat people the way you want to be treated. 2. Do whatever you're doing with 100% of yourself. 3. Go the extra mile. J&M, Keith, and his crew exemplified all this and more. I can't say enough good things about this experience. This is how you do business! And, I think I may have met my twin brother in thought. Great experience and even better people!

Mr. Keith was sooo nice, I’m from Atlanta and was In Fayetteville and my undercarriage on my car was falling down. I needed someone who could fix it before driving back to the city, I found his shop and he was so nice over the phone and as in person! I was referred to Keith by one of my girlfriends. She said Keith was the best. And no lies detected. Keith treated me with such kindness. I was having problems with my gear shift. He worked me in the same day. Called me and confirmed the problem and gave me two options (pro & cons) Also had them to check by air conditioner. Compressor was gone. He gave me pricing and how long he would need my car. Although, I didn't get the air conditioner fixed that day, i will certainly go back to him in a few weeks to get it fixed. Keith went over and beyond. Highly recommend J&M, Keith .

I had an awesome experience coming here yesterday. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Keith with a smile. Once I expressed the problem with my car, Keith jumped right into action to help me pin point the issue and create a solution. The mechanic took the time to diagnose the error and explain how the part needed for my car actually worked. They had the exact part that was needed and I was in and out of there within 1 hour. This is by far the best vehicle repair center in ATL, really. These guys are the true professionals and what the other shops should strive to become, especially the dealership service centers. The folks here are professional, honest, accomodating, and sincere. They take the time to explain to you what the issue is, what they will do to fix it, why, AND show you their work after the repairs. If they aren't able to perfect an adjustment, they let you know, even if it's to a single degree! This place is a gem and you guys seriously rock, really! We need more mechanics like you!

I had an outstanding experience at this auto repair shop and couldn’t be more impressed. They got me in last minute within 30 minutes and had me back on the road in just 15 minutes. The staff was honest, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I originally took my truck to one of those quick oil change places, and they left the cap off, which caused it to leak. Thankfully, this shop immediately identified the issue and fixed it without hesitation. It’s incredibly hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust these days, but they’ve absolutely earned a lifetime customer. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend!
