Had to get my car repainted and they did a good job on that but ended up denting and cracking my front bumper. So had that repaired by them which was free of cost which is great. But the whole process of dropping off my car for the bumper repair, coordinating with enterprise for a rental car, then picking up my car after the repair was inefficient, lacked proper paperwork signing and filing and when I went to pick up my car, they misplaced the key to my vehicle.

Lets just say if the rating had a zero that would be my selection. Had my car at shop for antenna problem on Malibu 2016.shop had my car for almost a month. All work was covered. When i finally got my car back ,dirt and parts from some kind of sandpaper in car. Dings on car and something left over from when car was tape up . Lets just say I'm pissed. Wouldn't recommend them

So disappointed in the lack of service. Things started out well with calls and updates, but when there was difficulty finding a new bumper (older car, short supply of parts) the struggle began. We filed the claim with our insurance in late April and the car was dropped at the collision center within a week. Our car has yet to be returned. The insurance says the claim is closed the collision center said they cannot return the car “due to bill of health”. Went up to the center physically and was told by our advisor Bryant, the car should be returned from the dealer yesterday or at the latest today. Still no car or call back. Extremely frustrated, and the response from Bryant repeatedly, “don’t worry about it”. As I told him, we are worried about it which is why we are here. No way the pictures below should have taken over six weeks to fix.

My car a 2020 mustang with 20k miles was taken here after a car accident, they had the car for at least month. The total bill was just under 10k, my bumper had to be replaced and painted and there is tons of glue all over my brand new bumper that won’t come off. On top of that there are tons of blemish marks on a brand new bumper they painted. Pretty disappointing to say the least. Will be bring my car back in to fix the bad repairs.

I took my 2022 4runner here because they were supposed to do the best work on Toyota's. The paint job was horrible and the y over sprayed all over the black trim. I have called 3 times over the past 3 weeks and still haven't received a phone call back from the manager. I doubt they will ever fix this. Don't take you vehicle here!

I wanted my 2020 toyota sienna repaired at a reputed collision shop and it has been a miserable experience so far. The shop took almost 6 weeks to get the repairs done and after i picked up, 2 sensor lights came on and i had to again bring the vehicle back n get a rental and now day after i picked up the vehicle, those lights are back on again. I would like management to contact me and make this right for all the inconvinience they put me thru.

My experience with AutoNation Collision Tempe was absolutely frustrating and deeply disappointing. I was assisted by Daniel Ahles, and the level of incompetence and poor workmanship was evident from the start. Original parts were removed from my vehicle and replaced with cheap, low-quality aftermarket parts, even in areas where no replacement was necessary. In less than two months, several of these parts showed obvious deterioration: headlights turned yellow and began peeling, screws were missing, incorrect (non-automotive) screws were installed, and original engine protection covers—designed to keep dust out—were removed and replaced with inferior parts that did not need to be changed at all. This clearly reflects the materials and practices used by this shop. I had to return three times for them to attempt to fix basic issues. The paint job was burned, peeling, and mismatched in multiple tones. Panels were misaligned and “off-square,” largely due to poorly fitting aftermarket parts. Despite my insurance paying the repair in full, they even installed parts from other vehicle models, not compatible with my 4Runner. The result was so unacceptable that I was forced to take my vehicle to another shop to fix the damage they caused. The administrative handling was just as negligent. The shop committed to covering my rental car due to their own mistakes and later refused to honor that commitment, leaving me to pay out of pocket. Daniel Ahles’ manager (whose name I was never able to obtain) was also rude and demonstrated a complete lack of professional ethics, treating both me and Enterprise staff poorly while we were simply trying to resolve the issue based on what Daniel Ahles himself had promised. Zero professionalism, zero quality control, and zero accountability. If you value your vehicle, your time, and your money—avoid this place.
