This location on MLK is terrible. I went in to try to rent a socket, the lady working there said very angrily "go look for it" and pointed to a box of random sockets behind the front corner. It was just a random box with no labels, and then said "that's all we have". Normally AutoZone comes with rental parts in an orange case and everything is stocked nicely in their store. The associates at normal AutoZone locations know what they have and where to locate it. They don't have random boxes behind a counter like this one had, with an angry person working there.

bought there for a battery for my pacifica I bought and got a new one for well over 200 duralast gold and it did the trick. Previous owner of car was very deceptive in his description of he actually did and didn't do. Always give any car u buy a good look over and get advice from trusted mechanic and make a great decision..

About a year ago I bought a set of wheel bearings for my truck from AutoZone and about six months after the fact one of the bearings failed to the point that my wheel fell off. Today I went to return a pick set I bought a couple weeks ago and they denied my return because I was walking around the store for a minute because there was a line and came back to return it and he wouldn’t except the return even though I had the receipt to back it up.

Came in to get a simple rear blinder bulb. Wasn’t exactly sure what type I needed but Ronald helped me track it down. Then we weren’t sure if we needed tinted or clear so I ran back out to check. Why out there Ronald was pretty sure i needed the tinted and there was only one set left so he was kind enough to grab it off the shelf for me. Came back inside and he offered to come out and also install it and 7:00 in 20 degree weather. Easy install but we realized the front was also out. So went back in and grab those and he still offered to come out and help. Apparently i have the worst type of access to change front blinkers, under the wheel well. I never would have been able to figure it out and switch them without Ronald. He helped me with everything and also showed me what i was doing so i could learn myself. Took us a whole hour but what would’ve been a terrible frustrating experience Ronald made a good one with jokes and tips through it all. Ronald loves helping people, loves cars, and loves teaching people about cars. Thank you Ronald and thank you AutoZone.

Have had multiple bad experiences here, most recent one was with a manager(grey shirt) jalean? I think her name was idk old larger lady , seemed upset I was even purchasing items at the store, as well as not very excited to type in my phone number for rewards after I prompted her I would like to use/check my rewards.

I was given the nearly $50 cheaper version. I returned to find out they never had the item in stock. Yes they did call the Cedar Street store and they had them and we got them but this wasted over an hour and two extra trips to to AutoZone's for really no reason. Except for the new Clerk had his head so out the door he could care less about the accuracy of my order. Notice the boxes are not similar anyway🙁

Just left AutoZone to get a simple rear wiper blade replaced and Robyn was so helpful. At first another gentleman tried to get the casing off the blade and he couldn't and I'm grateful that he tried but then comes robyn. It took her no time at all to get it off. I had my own blade and she went and tried to put it on found out it was the wrong size so I had her look one up to purchase. That thing was so hard to put on. But this woman was diligent, she stood out here approximately 10 minutes until she got it on there. She has been very helpful and people with character like that are irreplaceable. Thank you Robin

Bad service. Will not be returning to this location. Called in and asked if I could come get some new windshield wipers installed. Was told I could, and said i'd be there within 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I walk into the store and ask about getting windshield wipers installed. Was told I could get windshield wipers, but couldn't get them installed here because the worker I talked to was the "only one here" despite walking past another worker as I entered, probably the female I talked to on the phone. As I said to the rude worker, I'll just go to another location or business. Not worth wasting my time here again.
