Holy smokes. Get off work and I was about a buck short after scrounging for change in my Honda. Instead of having to run all the way home to grab my card. The store Manager April! Hooked it up. So helpful and so kind. I’m gonna have to run by one day and bring her a coffee or something idk!

Stopped here to pick some more fuel injector cleaner. I use while travelling to offset in case of a bad tank of gas. It adds a bit profirmance on long drives, besides cleaning the injectors.

Went into AutoZone today to grab a few things and they had DEF on sale so I grabbed one. Turns out the sign was incorrect and it was $27.99 instead of $21.99. I asked the manager Shyann where the price says it's $27.99, she said that is the correct place for the price but it isn't the price for the product that it's above. Wouldn't honor price and bad customer service.

i would leave a worse review if i could, the manager was incredibly rude it genuinely threw me into disbelief. she had the worst attitude i have ever encountered and threatened to tow my vehicle for where it was parked while i was moving it, and continued cussing and screaming even after we had moved the vehicle. if someone could be this disrespectful towards a random person i can only imagine her disrespect towards customers.

Chris , the store manager was awesome . My daughter and I were on a road trip and needed to install a wiper blade for rain ahead . We had spent an hour across the street at WalMart until finally giving up and heading to Autozone . It was like night and day customer service . Chris would have installed our Walmart blade for free - but he was gracious to run outside with us find the correct blade and install it all in a matter of minutes . He also explained all the options of wipers and showed how to do it so we are now confident we could DIY in the future . We were back on the road in minutes instead of hours / thank you Auto Zone Grand Junction! Thank you Chris ! You saved the day !

Popped into here because my '87 Toyota pickup truck was cutting out every time I hit the break. I did some research online and thought maybe it was the air filter so I called this AutoZone to see if they had what that would fit my truck. Rachel answered the phone and she was so kind. She put me on hold for a brief second and then came back and told me that she had exactly what I needed. Soon as I arrive she greeted me with a friendly smile! I told her I was the person who called and she had already pulled it from the shelf and had it at the cash register ready for me. I asked her if she would come out and smell my engine to see if I needed antifreeze and even though it may have been against the rules, I hope not, she did. After we both looked at it, we agreed that perhaps it didn't need a little bit of antifreeze, so I purchased that as well. Within a few minutes of putting the air filter in, I noticed a drastic difference in the way my truck ran. I am forever grateful and appreciative for the help and support I received at this AutoZone. I highly recommend stopping here if you need advice, compassion, and excellent Auto parts!
