In 2024 my wife and I was in North Carolina and we stopped by their location and the Lady there was very nice and took the time to show us around and show us the show room. I live in FL and told her earlier that I wasn’t going to purchase anything at the moment but she showed u around and enlightened us on the products. They said they had a place in Jacksonville so when I decided to get the AVO Contour I reached out and found the Jacksonville manager and installer’s to be just as friendly. The manager took numerous calls from me and answered God knows how many emails and text messages and answered all questions. They even made the install happen around my unique schedule as I was visiting my kids in Savannah as well. I would highly recommend AVO Jacksonville and Ashville. If they had not taken the time with my wife and I and been so nice and courteous I may have purchased elsewhere. Great people and great installation! We highly recommend them!!!!

Tyler, Bobby and Eric did an amazing job! Eric communicated professionally and promptly to describe and deliver the Alu-Cab Contour Canopy from NC within 24hrs. Bobby and Connor were masterful when installing the Alu-Cab and advising me on which load bars I would need to match a future cab rack. Tyler and Oreo were pleasant to speak to and chill with in the office. All in all this is a great company with great people that are professionals at installing awesome products. After searching for about six months, and undecisive between a topper or a rack, I decided to go with AVO-JAX with the Alu-Cab Contour Canopy Topper. Tyler has been awesome through the process for almost 3 to 4 weeks on deciding the right fit for my truck. We had great communication through the entire process, Tyler even went above and beyond bringing the Topper from North Carolina to make sure it’s in Jacksonville for me ready to purchase and install. I left 5:30 in the morning from Broward County Florida, and was in communication with Tyler upon my time of arrival. Tyler went as far as calling me in the morning to see if everything was going OK before my arrival. Upon my arrival, Tyler and Connor were waiting for me and started working on this project right away. They even had a couch and TV in a separate room for me to rest while they did they install. I will recommend anyone who is looking to start a venture in on this Overland experience to work with Tyler and Connor at AVO-JAX. Connor who installed the Topper was very informative and showed me every step of the process and let me decide how to install it versus his recommendations. I look forward to working with AVO-JAX in the future to complete my Overland build.
