Jack and his team did it again! My car was in a gnarly accident and in no time AW placed my car back together with precision, care, and great detail. My car drives more smoothly now than it did when I drove it off the lot. Aside, from all of that. What was really important to me through out this process is that Jack and his team communicated every step of the way. Took a lot of stress off me know that my car was in good hands with good people. I would highly suggest giving Jack a call. He wont let you down.

Brought my car in for an estimate they ended up doing a tear down thinking the damage would cost somewhere near 10-15k came back with a 22k figure for a dent in the rear quarter and door. There was some damage to the frame too. What was really terrible is the body shop failed to inform me that the insurance wouldn’t be covering it. So they let it sit on their lot after they knew the car wouldn’t be receiving repairs and charged me storage. After that I had a tow truck come pick up the car in pieces. As they could not even do the basic courtesy of putting back together what they could. They left several parts including the rear windshield glass and the rear quarter glass out of returning the car to me. So they lost parts off my car and didn’t return them to me and I only figured this out recently.

AW Collision was amazing throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. My Mercedes C250 was fully paid off, well maintained and had just been serviced before my accident where another driver rear ended my car pretty bad. Because my car was 12 years old, unfortunately the damages exceeded what the insurance company was willing to give me. I did not want my car declared a total loss by insurance and was not in a place where I wanted to take on a new car payment. I was also about to travel a lot for work over the next three months, and also didn’t want to have to rush into buying a new car without having enough time to research and decide what I wanted next. Harry and the team helped me figure out a solution and got my car fixed fast. My car turned out great! AW Collision was truly a lifesaver and I’m so grateful for all of their help throughout the whole process!

I can't overstate how impressed I am with their service. I had an accident with my 2023 M5. They were able to get a hold of hard to find parts in no time. I got at least one weekly update from Vanessa and Jack on the repair status. And they finished the work in just 2 weeks. The car looks brand new! This was my first accident in 25 years, and hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'm going back to AW...Bimmer or not.

Great people. Nick helped me. I had inferior work done on my rear bumper at a different bodyshop. He pointed out exactly how it could have been done better. (Paint drip, uneven fit, gaps, misalignment, potential paint cracking, etc). Did not try to sell me on anything. Gave me genuine advice and insight. Just helped me so that I could have it fixed properly. Great attitude, great shop. Really professional.

Don't trust this shop, I had a terrible experience with them. I took my Mercedes Benz EQE to this shop for repair and shortly after getting my car back, it completely stopped working. I had to tow the car to dealership to see what's going on and then they diagnosed the car with rodent damage that clearly happened while my car was stored at their shop for almost 5 weeks. and now I'm facing a 12K repair bill. Also when I got the car back, The next day I noticed a live cockroach inside the cabin, which says a lot about the conditions they keep vehicles in. The shop refuses to take any responsibility for the damage and also they don't even bother to respond to the emails and calls. I would never trust them with my car again.

When life gives you lemons, AW Collision makes the best lemonade. I've had the unfortunate luck of a few not at fault accidents over the last 5 years in two different BMW M vehicles. I'm grateful to have found Jack and his team at AW Collision who in each instance have gone above and beyond in getting my car like new and ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the results. Not only has this shop done impeccable work on all my cars, they have gone to bat with the adjusters to make sure new OEM parts are covered and all things that needed replacement were actually replaced when things were finalized. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend AW!
