READ TO END - REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED W/NEW INFO Fair and honest folks. Troy and his buddy do quality work at an honest price and don't charge a terrible part markup either. CV Axles and a power steering rack were done in a 00 Buick Century to great satisfaction. Give them a chance! Update. These morons were supposed to have inspected to make sure nothing else needed to be done as this was my fiancées car and I hadn't the time to do the work myself as I usually do. They missed an outer tie rod end, a wheel bearing, and all the control arm bushings which were starting to dry rot. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Review changed to 1 star. If I could give 0 stars, I'd still give them one just for the simple fact that the work they DID do was done properly, but these guys must just be parts changers and not real mechanics.

I also liked how they told me about a special manufacturer enhanced warranty if I purchased in a certain time-frame and also that they handled registering my snow-blower with the manufacturer for me.

I was told $350 for a hitch to be put on my car. I wasn't consulted on anything until i picked up my car and found my bill was $600. And it won't pull the trailer i got the hitch for. So now I am having to pay for another installment of a hitch at a dealership this time

BEST and MOST HONEST REPAIR SHOP! Took an old snow blower into them, basically said, just go over the whole thing and let me know the cost. They could've raked me over the coals, but instead, for an honest fee, fixed the old machine and today, on a cold and snowy day, dragged it out, first pull, ran like brand new! Eau Claire, if you need an HONEST repair shop that will do quality work on a small engine, or if you need to purchase a new machine, please stop here first and give them a chance. Troy and his team are AMAZING!

Called in for snow blower repair. Told them what model I had of snow blower, rep responded “yeah that means nothing to me, what do you want” i said its not starting, its trying to with electric start but wont turn over fully, said “yeah we have a lot in front of you, it will probably be several weeks” i get you’re busy but pretty horrible way to respond to a customer. I got off the phone right away. Didn't provide the name of the person who answered the phone but wouldn’t want to give them my business
