I had my BMW service at Bigger's and received VIP service. diagnosed the mechanical issue and was honest about options about repair. He was more than fair about the job and price. Biggers saved me thousands! Believe it I am driving my BNW instead of it being parked! George Win....

This is a great place for service. I had an issue while on a trip and I am so glad I found this place. These people know BMW's and are as helpful and honest as a shop can get. If your in the area and need service on your BMW, definitely check them out.

Ken and the guys have worked on my Z-4 a few times and alway have done a very thorough job. Melanie keeps everything straight up front and they even have a shop cat "Beemer" to guard your car overnight. I think this the best BMW shop in north AL. Good work and good people.

Sent me 2 BMW heads to fix. We completely rebuilt the cylinder heads. We cleaned, resurfaced, recut the valves, ground the seats, pressure tested, installed valve stem seals and reassembled. The charge was $260 per head. To buy a set of heads that have been rebuilt would cost upwards of $700 each. Ken decided it was to expensive. I guess he only thinks its ok to charge his customer thousands of dollars to repair their vehicle but doesn't think other shops should charge for their services. We have the newest equipment to perform the Engine and Cylinder head work. Also if you called you didn’t speak to me. If you want to call and discuss further I'd be happy to explain all charges instead of bashing people on Google reviews.

I found a leak in the rear of the vehicle during my trip. During the communication, they knew that I was passing through here, so they found the problem for me very quickly and helped me fix it as quickly as possible. So I can return to my journey again. before the part arrive, they also help me to do the valve gap adjustment. And that is really a good price for this job. If I have friends live this town, I will strongly recommend him to come here

I've had my car serviced at Bigger's Motor Werks several times and have had positive experiences. Prices are much more reasonable than the dealership. Very knowledgeable about BMW's and takes the time to explain things. Highly recommended.

Great service! Brake and fluid change, oil and filter change, diagnosed and fixed an issue with the parking brake malfunction all for less money than Century BMW would have charged. Ken is very knowledgeable in BMW Service and has his certifications hanging on the wall. Won't hesitate to return for service. Thanks Ken!

I am extremely impressed with the service I received at Bigger's Motor Werks. The work was done right, on time, at a reasonable price. My car was having issues and Ken was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. If you drive a BMW (or Mini) you should definitely keep this place at the top of your list for service and repair needs.

Well, I dropped my 650i off on a Sunday afternoon. No one called me Monday or Tuesday. So I went by there personally on that Wednesday afternoon. I was told that my car was doing OK. That the fault codes had been deleted and Robert said they'd need to keep the car a couple of days more. Ended up being 11 days. And when a I picked it up, the codes were still there. 607.00 is what it costed me for the diagnosis. Yet, the same codes they claimed had been deleted, were right there on the dash, when I started the car at their shop. But I needed my car at this point. I only needed a 2nd opinion on my cars condition. I was told it would be 168.00. But it ended up being 607.00. Which is quite ludacris. I paid it because I'm a real man. And I know that nothing good cones cheap. But that won't eeeevver happen again. I'll never take my car there again. They have me scared now. You people better think before you make the decision to take your car to Biggers. I dont believe they did anything to my car at all. Damned shame though. I thought they were gonna be my go to shop for all of my work. They proved to be worse than the 1st shop. And that's that. Good luck....

Car was sent back several times for headlight repair under insurance. eventually got tired driving 2 hour round trip (had to drop off and pickup on different days) on the third time and went on my own to fix the car. headlight bulb was not even in all the way causing it not to function. ended up replacing taillights after being unable to repair. Edit after response: never once was offered anything to purchase as this was an insurance claim. Brought the car in for headlight repair and it was never fixed. (The bulb was never even put in ) Kept being told to bring it in again . After the third time the taillight stopped working (when they were working on the headlights) and offered to look at the taillights . Ended up getting tired of it and payed out of pocket to repair not only the headlights but now also the taillights on an insurance claim. Biggers repeatedly would ask to me to drop the car off and then hold it for longer than said.

Fantastic service experience! I am perfectly happy with Century BMW, but my car is out of warranty and today’s repair was literally 1/3 the price of the dealership! Ken and team are super experienced and knowledgeable, and they are people of honesty and integrity! What a joy to do business with Bigger’s Motor Werks! I will be back!

Very dissatisfied with service. Had my car towed here after what I thought was a transmission issue. They said they would look it over and let me know by Friday what was going on. The Tuesday after I had to call them and they said it would be "no more than $8.5k" to replace the transmission. Could not get anything in writing when I asked them to email it to me and in person was told no written write up was done. I took the car elsewhere after paying $160 "diagnostic fee" only to be told the issue had nothing to do with the transmission, and that my differential was basically toast. This shop should just be transparent and rename "diagnostic fee" to "blatantly ripping you off fee". I would not recommend this facility to anyone that I actually like.

I highly recommend Bigger’s Motor Werks; they get to the bottom of the problem and fix it with expertise. The only problem is the follow-up phone calls; I have never gotten a call back with an estimate or what was wrong. When I finally called I was told a fuel pump had been ordered and they would call when it was ready. No call! When I called I was told it was ready, I asked how much it would be and had to be picked up off the floor. I picked it up and next morning it would not start. To date I have still not gotten a call back.

Been there twice. Facts: 1: Both times cost me over $2k. 2. Firestone did my brakes for half the cost. 3. You will never get a call from them. You have to to call them every other day for an update. Both times I took my car there, I had to call and the response was "oh yeah, it's ready". Don't expect a follow up from them. 4. Installed/charged me for windshield wipers without my approval. Wipers were fine. Assumptions: 2 months after I left both times, I needed more work. I'm not making unfounded accusations. Just take it for what it's worth.

One of the most knowledgeable BMW mechanics I've met anywhere including Germany. I was in the military and spent a few tours there. Always had a BMW I might add. Not only is Mr. Ken Bigger a top notch mechanic he is a genuinely good person. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. I always feel welcome and I trust him. On one occasion I had my car checked out elsewhere and was looking at some very expensive repairs. He did a quick diagnostic made a minor adjustment and within minutes I was out the door and on my way for a little of nothing. That's the kind of service you get there. My 535i x isn't going anywhere but there from now on. Hats off to Mr. Ken Bigger and staff.

They replaced an automatic transmission on a mini cooper S in a day or two from receiving it from the supplier. Worked well with the auto warranty I have through RFCU. You will need to check in regularly to move things along. They are not proactive with updates or reaching out or moving forward.

Bigger's was very helpful even though I wound up not needing their services. No pressure to do unnecessary work, but very willing to share their professional opinion. Thanks.
