I brought my 20 year old BMW 325i in because it was leaking oil very badly due to a stripped oil plug from the putzes that last changed my oil. I also had a broken windshield wiper pump that conked out du to age. I dropped the car off early in the morning and by late morning I had a phone call describing the problems, proposed fixes and prices for each one. After giving the go-ahead on the repairs, these guys fixed it up in one day! All of this was done at a VERY fair price! The receptionist, Abby, was very polite and pleasant to deal with. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Abby kept me up to date with my appointment via text messages. It was a great experience and I will be back, I'm sure, as more "old car problems" crop up!

I took my BMW here after I noticed an engine coolant leak. For $50 they diagnosed the problem and let me know what parts needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate on what they'd charge if I had them do the service.

Greg and his crew have been absolutely great everytime I've needed them. They've diagnosed issues that other shops couldn't figure out, and they've always done excellent work. They are honest and reliable. I've never felt uncomfortable working with them. Also didn't make me feel bad or stupid when I've made mistakes working on my own car! Well worth every dollar I've spend here. I won't take my BMW anywhere else!

Like many of the other reviews I do have good things to say about Greg the owner and the service writers working up front. They were easy to work with and friendly. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some of the other employees. After I got my car back I looked through dash cam footage of employees abusing my car while driving it around the local neighborhood. I care about my car a lot and its crushing to see this disrespect. I brought it up with Bimmers R Us and they offered to fix another issue free of charge for the inconvenience, but I declined. The advice I'd give to other people is to buy a dash cam.

For decades, my family has been seeing Greg and the folks at Bimmers for anything they need on their BMWs. It’s always good work, it’s always quick and reasonable, and they’re always easy to work with. I’ve had all sorts of stuff fixed/put on my car, and I’ve only gone to Bimmers. No one better.

I took my car to Bimmers R Us after the dealer quoted almost $5k in repairs. Happy to say that they took care of all my problems for a very reasonable amount. They are fair, honest and very knowledgeable. My car is running like it was when I first bought it. Thank you!

I've been waiting to write the review to see if follow up work was needed. And it was and it was handled amazingly. The whole staff down there is friendly and kind and it feels like they actually like the cars they work on. Incredibly knowledgeable and generous with that experience. I've got a 22 year old BMW and these folks have taken great care and consideration for it. Wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Drive 2.5 hours to go to this shop.

I've was referred to Bimmers R Us by a friend a couple years ago and started using them when my work office moved nearby. They are always straightforward, honest, and helpful when discussing maintenance needs and cost. I recently had a low engine coolant light come on a week before my scheduled oil change. Juan, one of the service managers managed to squeeze me in on short notice for a courtesy coolant top off. Really appreciated that.

The only place I’ll take my BMW. Better than any local BMW dealerships service department. I bought my 135i from Carmax (giant mistake that no one should ever make, you’ve been warned) but luckily I had a friend refer me to Bimmers R Us and they were able to take care of my issues one after another for the first 6 months of ownership. Couldn’t be happier with the excellent service they provide and friendly customer service.

The positive reviews that you are seeing in google regarding this company are true!! BMW owners, we all know that repairs can become expensive quickly. This company was able to identify all issues with my vehicle and repair at a fraction of the cost of other shops. The tech and service advisors ( Abbey especially) are beyond helpful proving world class service. This is a company that I wish I could give move than a 5 star rating. Bimmers R us you have earned a lifetime customer in me, THANK YOU!!

Been here twice and won’t ever be back. Was overcharged both times and lied to about what they could get parts for so they could get more margin. Spent almost 5k just for them to return my car with all of the same warning lights. EDIT: they lied to me that the owner was going to reach out when he didn’t and are lying here that my car went to autohaus BMW when it never did. STAY AWAY

In and out, as fast as makes sense. High labor cost per hour, but total costs beat the dealer. Free local rides when they can. I like the owner, Greg.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. They're honest, friendly, and do a spectacular job on diagnostics and repairs. They rewired and properly repaired my very complicated power hardtop, diagnosed and repaired a major oil leak, repaired my trunk mechanism, and took care of various fluids and standard services. Pricing is straightforward and very fair for the level of service you receive. If you drive anything with a blue and white roundel, bring it here!

Kind enough folks here and wonderful layout, albeit tight within there show room as they have so many cars! It was a pleasure connecting with the owner and members of this team as they are very knowledgeable of the BMW brand and are passionate about what they do day in and day out! That alone is more than enough reason for you to want to stop by here and get some work done on your car, get a simple oil change or take a gander at their impressive BMW car collection; some of which were built by the owner himself -wow. Now, pricing - I needed an oil change and my drip pan replaced (the hard plastic covering the underneath of my BMW car); doing my own research the drip pan was around $150; I was quoted $275 not to mention labor associated with the repair. That alone forced me to get price the work else where and give the rating that is represented here. Cheers,

Arrived by tow, with a 2011 750li with blown oil. It was clear from minute one that everyone here knows their cars and what tends to happen with these BMWs. They solved my problems, and restored my car in a way that I wouldn’t trust at a large dealership. Labor rates are more reasonable, the mechanics like what they do, and I left with not only a fix but a gam plan for my next 100,000 miles as my sedan ages like a fine wine. Greg the owner and his crew define service without friction.

Great mechanics. 5 Stars for sure. Reasonable and very knowledgeable people to work with. I had a lot of work done a year ago to the month of this review. Valve guide seals, walnut blasting, upgraded turbos, downpipes, and various other things. These guys did a great job. I appreciate all the work they put in to make the car drive better than it did new. I have had so much fun driving this car all over the US the past year. Everything is running great still and that alone speaks to the quality of there work.
