After dealing with another company for over 2 months attempting to repair my suspension system on my BMW X5, costing me money and time. I lost my patience. From the initial intake call throughout the entire process of repairs, I was very pleased with the consistent and timely updates from Kristen. Kristen was absolutely stellar is her customer service and the level of support she provided me during the repairs. It was my first time at Blue Ridge Automotive a few weeks ago. I had to have my car towed 28 miles versus the 2 miles I had to before to the place where Patrick worked. But he changed work location, so I had to, too. There is nothing wrong with the shop he was before, but Patrick is taking care of my Mercedes S-Class since a few years now and never disappointed. So I go where he is. I just hope he's not changing again to a location even farther away ;-) . Yet, I would follow. He is the nicest guy who goes above and beyond for customer service, but even more so, the man is a walking car encyclopedia. There is no problem he doesn't know about and how to approach to fix it and to explain it to non-mechanics like me in an understandable way. He always told me what I have to fix, what I should or what I could. He equally tells you truthfully what you don't need. Never tried to sell me stuff the car didn't need. And so was this time. I had a major air suspension issue, but it was taken care of in the shortest time frame at a reasonable price. And here comes Kristen in. She is Patrick's sidekick, enabling him to focus on the car/work and not on administrative things which burdened him before. Kristen was on top of everything, keeping me in the loop of the work progress and everything, up to organizing an Uber for me to pick up my car, even monitoring arrival in ATL traffic. A very pleasant and efficient person to work with. So all in all I can only say I had the best experience with Patrick and Kristen at Blue Ridge Automotive. Car troubles always suck, but these guys got your back!

I finally have time to write this review. I really do not understand how this place can get 5 stars. Blue Ridge Automotive is an in-network provider designated by SilverRock, so I took my car there on Friday, August 8. At first, they told me that most likely the diagnosis would be completed by Tuesday, August 12. Starting from that Tuesday, I called them every day, and their answer could basically be summed up in one sentence: “We do not guarantee when the diagnosis will be completed, you just have to wait.” I kept waiting until Thursday, August 14. When I told them, “I do not want to wait anymore, I want to take my car back,” they finally sent me the diagnosis result. By then, I had already lost my patience and still requested to take back my vehicle. To be fair, it is worth mentioning that in the end they did not charge me a diagnostic fee and called me a ride after I requested. So I give two stars instead of one star. But overall, it wasted an entire week of my time...

There came a time when the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the vehicle. It’s the time that those of us who drive cars to the end know will come but don’t look forward to it. For us the 2007 c230 MB gave us 18 years of great reliable, fun and memorable service. In our family, dad used it for his work commute and many trips to visit customers across the SE. Soccer trips and school carpooling. Next the daughter used it as her car in college. To and from home, some spring trips. Next she used it for work after college commuting across the city for two years. Christine and Michael gave us great service always working with us on near term needs with an eye to long term items that might arise. In the end and this is the important part to us, there was no pressure when we began to consider not investing in the bigger repairs. Now what? We chose to donate to vehicle via habitat for humanity. Christine helped by ensuring the car was ready for pick up and allowed us to leave the car with them and coordinate the pick up that we scheduled. Smooth and easy! This review is about service but beyond oil changes tune ups and brake jobs, Christine and Miichael went above and beyond. They listened, served and accommodated to help us do something that we know will help others by assisting with our donation efforts

I brought my Jeep into Blue Ridge Automotive a couple of weeks ago due to some odd vibrations that had been getting worse. The techs here were able to quickly pin point the issue and seamlessly worked with my extended warranty to get coverage for the issues. They also suggested some fluid replacements which were totally legit for my car's mileage. I had them do all the work and a couple of weeks later my Jeep is running well and so much better than when I brought it in. Throughout the process, Kristen was very communicative with what was going on and was very pleasant to work with. I also loved that I was able to schedule an appointment online and a lot of the communication between the shop and me was via text. I wouldn't hesitate referring my friends and family to bring their cars here for honest, good work.

5 star service from Kristen and Patrick! This is the second time I've bought my car here and both times have been extremely pleased. The communication about what was going on with my car was top notch and it's hard to find a good shop for JLR repairs and maintenance. Overall, my experiences here have made this shop "my mechanic" and while I hope I don't have to see them too often :) I'm glad they are there when I need them.

It was simply a perfect experience. Mike and Mo were absolutely amazing. I’ve never come across such an excellent and efficient auto repair shop. They reply to customers super quickly—almost instantly! Blue Ridge’s online service order system is also very well-organized, and they even attach photos of the car’s issues right away. They never push unnecessary or weird services on you, and the repair speed was incredibly fast—done in less than a day. All I can say is I’ll only be getting my car serviced and repaired here from now on. It was perfect.
