Horrible service! These people sell me a Subaru and the guys names are Mike and jj in the service department! Jj was not communicative or transparent which made me lose respect for this bmw location! fix the tires that wasn’t even suppose to be fixed , took my sunroof apart and didn’t put back correctly and then my tire sensor start going off, they couldn’t tell me about collision sensor smh I’m like I have more problems with the car since I got it back . When I showed my concern to Mike he just laughed at me because I was frustrated and told me to talk like a man . I’m like wow very unprofessional and seemed like they made up excuses to not fix it. Told me if you want us to fix it we can quote you for it plus paid $1200 for two tires and alignment Smh this bmw is nothing but a money grabber and I’ll never come back again

I was in for my 1200 mile service on my 2025 M3 Comp xDrive. I was given a loaner car so I could run errands and not have to wait for the service. They also replaced my wiper blades that were chattering. All was free! Great service including a video of the underside of my car. Texted me when my car was ready and sent me the receipt via email and text.

BMW of Eugene. As of this review I’m happy to leave a positive review. Under the current management I found everyone to be knowledgeable and best of all, helpful. Their willingness to share that knowledge is commendable to a high degree. The repairs to my older X5 went smoothly and well within a cost I was happy with. If you’re looking for repairs or service to your BMW, talk to the service guys (JJ and Jake). They have the skillset to get you up and going with confidence. One ‘con’ to be fair and honest, is the overall communication ‘to’ BMW of the Eugene itself. The overarching company call system itself can be frustrating and very off putting. This has ‘nothing’ to do with Eugene’s folks. The call system itself needs work for sure. Just ask if you’re speaking to the Eugene store directly and repeat you need to speak with someone there. BMW of Eugene was extremely professional, we got there two hours early before our appointment and they took us anyways. They updated us along every step of the way when they were working on our car. And the price is probably about half when I thought it was gonna cost. Plan on using them again in the future. All the salesman and sales reps were really nice and kind. Very time efficient. I took my car in to have an issue resolved that my car registered a warning light for. JJ and his service team got me in quickly, arranged a courtesy car for me, and accommodated my busy schedule, which I am so thankful for. JJ is very professional, and he even helped me transfer my belongings to the courtesy vehicle. I also was relieved to find that the repair was covered by an extended warranty. And they returned my car to me all cleaned up! I highly recommend BMW of Eugene, I don't have my car serviced anywhere else.

Recently Oh, drove in without an appointment to my local of Eugene because my ex was indicating it was important low on oil. James in the service department Welcome to me with white glove service, Even preparing me a latte when we chatted about the car. Although it was clearly a busy day they were able to promptly add a quart of oil and schedule a tire rotation, inspection all at no cost. When I returned the next day with my daughter, James and the rest of the service department entertained her while they brought the car out. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend
